Some hybrid F1 generations with different characters were gained by using the distant hybridization between Trifolium repens?male parent,an escape type in Greater Khingan Range?and Trifolium ambiguum?female parent,introduced?.Those hybrid F1 were cultivated in the greenhouse for some years and transplanted to the base in the professional technology institute.Inner Mongolia Agricultural University for growing naturally.In this study,5 lines with stable basic phenotype in hybrid F1 generation including 4 multifoliate types?each leaf has 4 leaflets or 5 leaflets?and 1 normal type?each leaf has 3 leaflets?were selected to study the morphology,molecular genetics,photosynthetic physiology and conventional nutritional components.The parents were used as the control.The aim was to provide the basic information for selecting suitable hybrid Fi.The main results were as follows:?1?The leaf width of multifoliate type was larger than normal type,while the leaf length and leaf area were smaller.Plant height,leaf width,leaf length and leaf area of all hybrid F1 were between parents and similar to the female parent.?2?The results of ISSR-PCR showed that 154 bands and Polymorphic loci 137 were get.The percentage of polymorphic loci was 88.95%.The results of genetic similarity distance showed that the Fi generation was similar to the female parent,expressed the female genetic information more than male.?3?The Net photosynthetic rate?Pn?and transpiration rate?Tr?of Trifolium ambiguum were significantly higher than those of Trifolium repens.But the water use efficiency?WUE?of Trifolium repens was significantly higher than that of Trifolium ambiguum.The stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of hybrid F1 were higher than patents.All the photosynthetic indexes were similar to the female parent.?4?The contents of Ash?NDF and ADF of stems was higher than that of leaves,while the CP and CA was less than leaves.The nutritional components of hybrid F1 were similar to female parent.
