| In order to study the effect of Medicago sativa drying on the nutrient composition of alfalfa in Inner Mongolia,the drying method was carried out in four different ways:solar drying,outdoor sun drying,outdoor air drying and oven drying.The test time was selected at the budding period and early flowering period.The effects of different drying methods on the moisture content of the samples,crude protein,crude ash,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were analyzed.The following results were obtained:(1)Budding period drying rate in different drying methods:solar drying>outdoor sun dryng>outdoor air drying.Early flowering period drying rate:oven drying>solar drying>natural sun drying>natural air drying.Oven drying rate is the fastest,solar drying to Medicago sativa water content decreased more stable.(2)In the budding period,the same moisture content,the different drying methods ash content:outdoor air drying>outdoor sun drying>solar drying.Early flowering ash content:oven drying>outdoor air drying>outdoor sun drying>solar drying.(3)In the budding period,under different drying methods,the content of crude protein in Medicago sativa was:solar drying>outdoor air drying>outdoor sun drying.The same water content in the early flowering period,the crude protein content was the highest in oven drying mode,followed by solar drying,outdoor sun drying,outdoor air drying crude protein content of the lowest.(4)In the same drying mode,the content of acid detergent fiber in the same drying mode was higher than that in the same drying method.The content of acidic detergent fiber in the same flow rate was oven drying>outdoor air drying>outdoor sun drying>solar drying.(5)The content of neutral detergent in the same drying method was lower than that in the same drying method.The content of the neutral detergent fiber in the different drying methods was drying oven drying>outdoor aie drying>outdoor sun drying>solar drying. |
