Through the detection and analysis of moisture content (MC), crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), total number of mold (TM)of four feed ingredients:fish meal, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, wheat bran, and six kinds of feed products, which were stored in the warehouse for45days to research the relationship between the storage quality and the indexes of these ten feeds, while the temperature and humidity in different directions of the warehouse of the warehouse were monitored and recorded. The results showed that the temperature and humidity changed in line with the law of the direction of the warehouse during these45days of storage. Sunning dale was relatively higher temperature and lower humidity. In actual storage conditions, the changes of the EE and TM of four kinds of feed ingredients were significant correlation (P<0.01) with storage time. With the extension of storage time, four kinds of feedstuffs changed little in CP, while EE decreased obviously, and TM grew fast. Besides, EE of fish meal and soybean showed a more strong correlation with TM (P<0.05). TM grew, while EE decreased.Through SPSS regression analysis, regression equation of each indicator to storage time and mold growth between with other indicators of four kinds of feed raw materials were obtained. There were six kinds of feed products:carp fingerling stage feed (602), broiler medium feed (811), feed (004), laying hens concentrated feed (409), pigs growing and finishing concentrated feed (JP588), dairy cows feed supplement (411) during45storage days. The results showed that the changes of the EE and TM of six kinds of feed products were significant correlation (P<0.01) with storage time With the extension of storage time, EE decreased obviously, and TM grew fast. In addition, EE of six feed products showed a more strong correlation with TM (P<0.01). TM grew, while EE decreased. This test which studied the quality variation of ten kinds of feed were completed in the actual storage conditions for45days. Compared to the research in laboratory and culture dish, this test about the feed storage research in the factory warehouse were more meaningful to actual production.
