With the continuous development of the potato industry,potato crop rotation is difficult to be implemented,causing the potato continuous cropping obstacles,and making the potato soil transmission disease and its harm increase seriously.This will affect the potato yield,and greatly reduce the potato commodity rate.At present,there is no better control measures for potato soil disease.Application of a large number of pesticides and fertilizers has no ideal effects on the prevention and control of the potato soil disease,but also can make the pathogen resistance,which will increase the difficulty of prevention and control.More importantly,it will cause environmental pollution and soil structure changes.In this study,we combined antagonistic strains,bio-organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer in field experiments,and confirmed its prevention and control effects on the potato soil disease.(1)The treatment of successive crop agent can prevent and control the potato soil disease.The result show that the best dosage of successive crop agent is 7kg/667m2,no matter ditching or seed dressing.Both the disease control effect and yield of the combination of organic fertilizer and successive crop agent are higher than that of only successive crop agent.The effect is the best when the dosage of organic fertilizer is 150 kg/667m2.In summary,the best application should be ditching successive crop agent granules or powder,7kg/667m=,with organic fertilizer 150kg/667m2.(2)The way of combining biocontrol agents can effectively control the potato soil disease.The result show that Trichoderma and Bacillus subtilis treatments have good control effect on potato black spot and Fusarium wilt,and increase the yield.Both the disease control effect and yield effect of Trichoderma + Bacillus subtilis treatment are better than single fungus treatment or single Bacillus subtilis treatment.It is sugg,ested that organic fertilizer should be added to the combination of Trichoderma and Bacillus subtilis,which not only can improve the population and quantity of soil microbes,but also can provide nutrition to potatoes and improve their resistance.(3)The bio-organic fertilizer on the market have various control efficiency on the potato soil disease.It has better control effects on potato black spot and potato fusarium wilt and higher yield by ditching successive crop agent.
