In recent years,facilities agriculture becomes mainstream in Inner Mongolia,cultivated area of strawberry expanding rapidly,because of its short growth cycle and high economic value.The productivity was continuously decreasing because of soil compaction and continuous cropping.At the present stage,it is shown that(Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi,AMF)can promote the growth of plants and increase the biomass.In this study,two different strawberry varieties were inoculated with three different AMF treatments,and the changes of physiological indexes of strawberry such as plant growth,root system characteristics,antioxidant activity and osmotic adjustment substances were compared.The purpose of this study was to find out the best symbiotic AMF and provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development of strawberry in Inner Mongolia.The results were as follows.The growth index such as leaf area,plant height,leaf number,fresh weight,dry weight,and relative chlorophyll content index were improved by different species of AMF inoculation.The strawberry root activity and root characteristics were significantly promoted by inoculating with different species of AMF and the growth of strawberry root was accelerated.Different species of AMF had a great influence on strawberry enzyme activity,and enhanced the activity of enzyme system.The osmotic adjustment substances and the osmotic adjustment balance were improved by AMF treatments.AMF treatments delayed strawberry leaf senescence and increased strawberry resistence.Among three kinds of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi,Glomus mossese Nicolson&Gerdemann showed the best improvement on the morphological and physiological indexes of strawberry.
