Strawberry replant disease of were a one of the main obstacles strawberry production.Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)can effectively improve strawberry replant disease. This study takes "benihoppe" strawberry root and root soil factor of different cultivation types as research objects, exploring the effects of soils with different cultivation types on the infection rate of strawberry mycorrhiza, and the main soil factors of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)infection rate in cultivated land were determined. On the basis of this, using potted form, using six years of after-reap soil as the substrate, using "benihoppe" strawberry as test material, interaction of AMF and phosphate fertilizer(2 kinds of AMF,4 phosphorus gradients),The arbuscular mycorrhizal infection status, growth index, fruit yield and quality, and soil enzyme activity of strawberry under different treatments were detected. The main conclusions were as followed:6?Under different cultivation conditions, the infection rate of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi was significantly different, and the infection rate was in open field > shed house > greenhouse.the highest mycorrhizal infection rate of strawberry was found in open field in the investigated area, were 41.59%.2.Phosphorus application can significantly affect the mycorrhizal infection rate of continuous strawberry. With the increase of phosphorus application rate, the mycorrhizal infection rate of strawberry showed the trend of increasing first and then decreasing.when the phosphorus application rate was 50 mg/kg,the infection rate of strawberry mycorrhizal was the highest. The mycorrhizal infection rate of strawberry with 50 mg/kg phosphorus application was significantly higher than that of strawberry with 100 mg/kg phosphorus application.the mycorrhizal infection rate of strawberry with 100 mg/kg phosphorus application was significantly higher than that of strawberry with 0 mg/kg phosphorus application and 200 mg/kg phosphorus application.3.Inoculation with AMF can significantly improve the ability of strawberry to resist replant disease, improving fruit quality of continuous cropping strawberry, relieve strawberry replant disease.Inoculation of AMF by after-reap soil or sterilized after-reap soil can significantly promote the growth of strawberry, improving sugar-acid ratio of strawberry Fruit, increase the photosynthetic capacity of strawberry and soil enzyme activity in soil roots, increase SOD activity and reduce MDA content, the inoculation effect of sterilized after-reap soil is better than that of after-reap soil.the effect of inoculation of G.m on the continuous strawberry is the most obvious, the vaccination effect of different AMF is different, followed by G.m+G.e,finally G.e.4.In the case of sterilized after-reap soil as the substrate, the application of G.m with phosphorus application rate of 50 mg/kg was the most effective in controlling the continuous cropping strawberry. The continuous strawberry index(treated by sterilized after-reap soil + inoculated G.m+ phosphorus application 50mg/kg)was the best among all treatments. In actual production. It is recommended to apply 50 mg/kg of phosphorus, and inoculate G.m with solar sterilization to prevent strawberry replant disease.
