A Research Of The Growth And Photosynthetic Physiology Of The Three Kinds Of Phoebe Seedings Under Different Vertical Factors

In order to explore the impact in different site conditions on the growth of Phoebe seedings and the changes in photosynthesis,the paper gave the raw materials of Phoebe neurantha,Phoebe sheareri and Phoebe bournei of three years,which planted in Songzi,Mishi and Tai lake as experimental materials,changes in aspects of growth characteristics,photosynthetic properties and stable isotopes of these three kinds of Phoebe seedings in different site conditions that were analyzed.Then according to these indicators,evaluating the growth of three kinds of Phoebe seedings in places of Song zi,Tai lake and Mishi.The main results are as follows:1)Discrepancy of the survival rate betbeen Phoebe neurantha and Phoebe sheareri of different seedlings(Bare root and container seedlings)in Songzi was huge.Among them,The average survival rate of Phoebe neurantha containers was 95.35%.The average survival rate of seedlings(41.54%)of bare root seedling was higher than that of bare root seedling.The average survival rate of the Phoebe sheareri container was 92.43 percent,which is higher than that in bare root seedling whith a number of 46.32%.This shows that the survival rate of the container seedlings is much higher than that of the bare root seedlings.However,after the survival,there was no significant difference in the aspects of seedling height,ground diameter,new-tip length,branching number,chlorophyll content,Pn,Tr and WUE.2)The annual growth of three Phoebe seedings trees in different site conditions is:Growth of container seedling of Phoebe neurantha and Phoebe sheareri in Mishi was improved the fastest.That in Songzi fllowed and growth of that in town of Tai lake is the lowest.The growth of container seedlings of Phoebe bournei in Song zi are also superior to that in Tai hu.In these three experimental field,the growth status of Phoebe bournei and Phoebe sheareri is higher than that of Phoebe neurantha.By contrast,Phoebe sheareri is more suitable than Phoebe neurantha for growing in Songzi,but Phoebe bournei is more suitable for growthing in Tai lake.3)In different site conditions,the abundance of N in the leaves of the Phoebe neurantha(Container seedling)in Tai hu was significantly higher than that in the other two regions and this metric of Phoebe bournei inTai lake is higher than that in Songzi.There was no significant difference between the Phoebe sheareri and the Phoebe sheareri of container seedling,so that as Phoebe neurantha and Phoebe sheareri of containers and bare roots.4)In different site conditions,the ?15N in the leaves of the Phoebe neurantha and Phoebe sheareri(Container seedling)in Mishi was the highest,that in Songzi fllowed and Tai lake the lowest;the abundance of ?15N in the leaves(Container seedling)of the Phoebe bournei in Tai lake was Significantly higher than that in Songzi;The ?15N in the leaves between the Phoebe neurantha and Phoebe sheareri(Bare root and container seedlings)present significant differences.5)In different site conditions,the ?13C in the leaves of the Phoebe neurantha and Phoebe sheareri(Container seedling)in Mishi was the highest,That in Tai lake fllowed and Songzi the lowest,but the difference was not significant in the Phoebe neurantha of container seedlings.However,the Phoebe sheareri of container shows the opposite trend;The ?13C in the leaves of the Phoebe bournei(Container seedling)in Songzi significantly higher than that in Tai lake;The differences of the ?13C in leaves between white and Phoebe sheareri(the seedlings and the bare roots)are not significant.6)The Phoebe neurantha and Phoebe bournei of container seedling in Taihu is superior than that in Mishi and Songzi at indicators such as Pn,Tr and W UE.However,there were no significant differences in either Pn,Tr,or WUE o f the Phoebe sheareri container seedling during the three plots.The Phoebe neu rantha and Phoebe sheareriof container seedling and bare root seedling has no significant differences either.7)The Phoebe neurantha and Phoebe sheareri of container,which planted in Mishi have the highest amount of Chl,the target of Songzi turned the second,Tai lake the lowest;Phoebe bournei of container in Songzi have the higher amount of Chl than that in the town of Tai lake.The Phoebe neurantha and Phoebe sheareri of container seedling and bare root seedling have no significant differences on the content of Chl.
