Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi is a injurious insect with serious damage to Pinus plant,due to its special hiding way,the prevention and cure work is very difficult.In recent years,utilize Entomogenous Pestalotiopsis disseminata to manufacture a biocontrol bacterium,which achieves ideal control efficiency of Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi.This paper depends on the study of Entomogenous Pestalotiopsis disseminata GXSTYJ03 bacterial strains'influence on nutrient substance metabolism of Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi in the infection process as well as the influence on protective enzymes,detoxification enzymes,acetylcholin esterase activity,provide a scientific basis for the mechanism that Entomogenous Pestalotiopsis disseminata kills Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi.Besides,this paper also studies the compatibility between Entomogenous Pestalotiopsis disseminata and 7 kinds of insecticides with good control of Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi,provide a theoretical basis and application basis for the mixed prevention and treatment of chemical reagent and bacterial strains.The principal results of this study as follows:1.After used Entomogenous Pestalotiopsis disseminata that the concentration of 1 × 107 spores/ml,the protein,glucose,trehalose content and trehalase activity of Hem.iberlesia pitysophila Takagi was changed.The results showed that:the content of internal protein significantly decreased,content of glucose increased firstly and then decreased,trehalase activity increased.After 3d contamination,glucose content quickly increased to 3.1479mmol·L-1,which was 1.92 times higher than that of control group,trehalase activity also increased significantly,rose to 1.45 times higher than that of control group.The nutrients in Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi will be consumed in a large number after fungal infection.2.The Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi infected with Entomogenous Pestalotiopsis disseminata,the activity changing trend of SOD,CAT and POD seemed increased first and then decreased in general,but their activities decreased at different degrees.SOD activity significantly increased at 2d after inoculation,then appeared a decreasing trend after reaching to the peak at 3d;while POD activity reached the peak at the 4d;the activity of CAT had a big fluctuation,reached to the peak after 3d contamination,and then decreased rapidly,dropped to the lowest point at 6d.3.After infected Entomogenous Pestalotiopsis disseminata,the Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi,the activity of CarE,GSTs,AChE shown a performance in different degree.The CarE activity had no difference between the treatment group and the control group before 4 days,and quickly rose to a maximum value at 5d,which was 1.76 times than that in control group,enzyme activity was higher than that in control at 6d,then decreased rapidly.While GSTs activity increased sharply at 3d,and reached the peak at 5d,which was 1.90 times higher than that in the control group,then began to decline.AChE activity began to increase after 2 days,reached the peak at 3d,and then decreased.4.The effect on mycelial growth,conidia germination,mycelial growth after germination and conidia yield of Entomogenous Pestalotiopsis disseminata was determined for 7 kinds of pesticides that under different concentrations.The result showed that deltamethrin had little impact on spore germination,conidia yield,mycelial growth of Entomogenous Pestalotiopsis disseminata under different concentrations,there was no obvious difference to that in control group.Among them,the compound insecticide with imidacloprid:acetamiprid(1:1)will not have great influence on the biological characteristics of the strain until it was diluted 10 times of the conventional concentrations at least,so the compatibility of Entomogenous Pestalotiopsis disseminata with the deltamethrin was relatively good.
