Straw biological reactor could supplement CO2enrichment, which can effectivelyimprove the CO2concentration in greenhouse to ease the adverse effects on crop growth CO2lack. This research set up two field experiments. First, strawberry as a test crop, I researchedthe effect of different holes patterns straw biological reactor on strawberry physiological andecological characteristics in greenhouse. The test was three treatments, punching3rows andholes spacing is25cm (A); punching2rows and holes spacing is25cm(B); punching2rowsand holes spacing is40cm(C); not burying straw between row, not punch between row(CK).System to study the effects of different holes patterns straw biological reactor technology oncultivation environment in greenhouse and strawberry physiological characteristics.Second,tomato as a test crop, I researched the effect of straw biological reactor without holes patternon tomatoes physiological and ecological characteristics in greenhouse. Two treatments oftomatoes study were biological reactor treatment greenhouse and control greenhouse. Theresearch treatment is inter-row built-in straw reactor.After study, the main conclusions are as follows:1. Strawberry research showed that, different holes patterns straw biological reactor hadsignificantly increased the soil CO2emission rate, CO2concentration, temperature ingreenhouse, soil temperature between in strawberry row, and reduced the humidity ingreenhouse. In the strawberry greenhouse, A treatment (punching3rows and holes spacing is25cm) is the best one, which’s greenhouse temperature and soil temperature, CO2concentration in greenhouse, soil CO2emission rate contrasted to the check increased by0.9~2.6℃,1.0~1.4℃,154.5~270.7μL/L,677.9~1554.1mg/m2/h, the greenhouse humiditycontrasted to the check reduced by3.3~7.1%.2. Tomatoes research showed that, the treatment of straw biological reactor is temperatureand CO2concentration in greenhouse, soil CO2emission rate contrasted to the control ofgreenhouse without straw biological reactor increased by1.3℃,94.9μL/L,107.6mg/m2/h.The average soil temperature contrasted to the check increased by0.6℃, and the soil layer of15cm has significantly increased by1.3℃.3. The research of straw decay rate is the best B treatment (punching2rows and holes spacing is25cm). The B treatment decay rate is79.6%, moreover A and B treatment nosignificant difference. The soil moisture content of strawberry greenhouse measurementshowed the following order: A<B<C<CK, and contrasted to the check reduced by3.0%,2.9%,1.7%. The soil moisture content of tomato greenhouse contrasted to the checkreduced by0.6%.4. Due to the increase of CO2concentration and the improvement of environment ingreenhouse, the photosynthetic rate of strawberry was significantly increased. The Atreatment (punching3rows and holes spacing is25cm) contrasted to the check increased by90.4%. In the research of tomato, plant height, stems diameter and leaf number respectivelyincreased than the check greenhouse, but the leaf length and width were less than the check.The photosynthetic rate and yield of tomato contrasted to the check increased by52.6%,25%.5. Punch in the straw biological reactor could promote the soil CO2emission rate, therebyincreasing the CO2concentration in greenhouse, raising the temperature in greenhouse, andthen promote crop photosynthetic rate. At the same time, the straw decomposition neededmoisture, lead to the soil water content reduced, so in the process of production andapplication should be moderately enhance the irrigation frequency.
