Plain area,as the gathering area of population and industry in China,is exactly the poor area of forest.Therefore,the work of plain greening has been paid more and more attention by government organs and people,and it is the key content of promoting ecological civilization construction in china.The function of plain afforestation covers many aspects,such as social function,economic function and ecological function,and so on.It is of great significance to the steady development of economy and society and the stability and harmony of the people.I work in the Zhejiang province Yuyao City Simen Town,located in the northern part of the South Bank of Hangzhou Bay Ningshao plain,belonging to the forefront of the south of the Yangtze River Delta of China's opening up.With the rapid development of the economy,society and culture of the town,the desire of the urban residents to improve the quality of the ecological environment is becoming more and more intense.Therefore,it is very important to carry out plain afforestation in Si gate town.However,in the actual development,there are still some urgent problems to be solved,such as the consciousness of the whole people to be improved,the organic greening of the town area and the lack of green management and protection.In this context,to carry out the design and research of Simen Town plain greening construction,to solve the theoretical and practical problems of the plain afforestation,and effectively improve the plain green construction level,continuously improve the hand will inevitably help Simen Town ecological environment and the quality of living environment,on the other hand will be further to meet the residents of landscaping,life livable and spiritual life of the growing demand for building a well-off society has important significance.In this paper,the author discusses the development course of theoretical basis,plain greening from research in China plain green,then deeply to Simen Town's natural ecological environment and social economic development,resources utilization,town and township Greening Status and other aspects of comprehensive evaluation,analysis and research,from the aspects of mechanism and system,limit the advantages,find out the development of Simen plain afforestation factors and experience.In view of these information and material,one by one analysis,thus,the context clearly delineate the development plan and development strategy of plain greening in Si Zhen town.Clear the Simen Town plain afforestation should build "ecological system of one core,two nets,three wedges,four parks and multiple points",and from the tree species planning,planning to elaborate on two aspects of the planning and design of Simen plain afforestation,and implementation strategies of the five aspects of the practice put forward,in order to provide a theoretical reference and practical basis for the development of the plain afforestation Simen town.
