Recently,many disadvantageous physical and chemical properties which includes the decline of pH value,the decrease of organic matter,bad structure quality and the unbalance of mineral nutrition resulted in decreasing flue-cured tobacco yields and qualities.This experiment establish 3 kinds of bio-chars and 5 kinds of soil amendment.The thesis attempts to discuss the effects of different modifiers on soil quality and the growth of flue-cured tobacco in south Anhui mountain areas.The results showed that:1.Three kinds of biochars can improve soil physical properties.Soil bulk density decreased,effectively improved the soil pH value,adjusted soil redox potential.In the scope of experiment,the amended effects become more significant with increasing of biochar amount.Three kinds of biochars are able to increase the content of soil total nitrogen,soil available K,organic matter content.The content of soil available nitrogen decreased.Under the same amount to be used,the contribution action of amendments to soil total N is B>C>T,the contribution action to available K is C>B>T.2.Five kinds of soil amendments(X1:LC+ZC,X2:T20+G20,X3:T20+ZC,X4:SiO2+LC,X5:SiO2+ZC)reduce the soil bulk density,increase the soil field capacity.Soil bulk density of X1 was reduced by 4.9%,higher than the control field capacity by 16.45%.Five kinds of soil modifiers on soil aggregate formation and stability have significant impact.Conditioners treatment significantly increased by 0.25?1 mm aggregate percentage,the contribution action to soil aggregate is X5>X4>X1>X3>X2>CK,X5 treatment increased by 9.9%;1?2 mm aggregate composition also have different degree to improve;Instead conditioner processing,the micro aggregate content of less than 0.25 mm diameter decreased.3.Soil amendments can significantly improve the agronomic traits of tobacco.Treatment X1 can significantly increase the length of the blade width;Prosperous long-term,conditioner processing plant height ratio is higher than CK by 11.94%?15.61%.X1.Treatment X2,X5 can significantly increase the leaf length length(8.26%?11.93%),treatment X5 can significantly increase the leaf max-area.Mature,X1,X2,X5 processing lower leaves grow 14.34%,14.05%,13.02%higher than CK respectively.Applying biochar amendment may affect the nicotine content in flue-cured tobacco,improved the superior tobacco nicotine content of flue-cured tobacco from 14.53%to 27.93%,secondary tobacco nicotine content is reduced by 14.58%?51.04%.4.Soil amendments can improve the fresh weight and dry weight after baking flue-cured tobacco;X1,X2,X3 can improve fine smoke tobacco leaf color;X2,X3 can improve the finest tobacco slice structure;X1,X2,X3 treatment improved the superior tobacco leaf tobacco appearance quality;All the processing of applying improver,secondary smoke appearance quality comprehensive score.Together,conditioner X3 formula best,x 5 times,both can improve flue-cured tobacco production,improve the economic benefit.The modifier has the increasing trend of flue-cured tobacco root weight,but not statistically significant,the root weight of the yield of flue-cured tobacco and tobacco has significant correlation.The X3,X5 significantly promote tobacco root growth,X5 processing root total root length 20.99%higher than CK,the XI is significantly lower than control.The relationship between the root surface area between the groups is X3>X5>CK>X2>X1>X4;Root volume from high to low is X3>X5>CK>X4>X1>X2.
