In this thesis,Eustoma grandiflorum cut flowers?series of 'Rosita',green?were choosing for the experiments, which mainly studied the preservative effect of vase solution or presertatives on preservation of cut flower. This essay was held from 3 aspects and the main results were shown as follows:1.On the foundation of basic preservative(3%S+300mg·L-1GA3),200mg/L different inorganic salt was respectively added to it and distilled water was set as control to screen the one which could reveal the best preservative effect of cut flowers.Through several morphologic indexes which could reflect ornamental quality,The best combination is(3%S+300mg·L-1GA3+200mg·L-1Al2?SO4?3).On the basis of the experiment, discuss some of its physiological effects on Eustoma grandiflorum cut flowers2.The effects of treatment containing CoCl2 and boracic acid on preservation of cut flowers Set 4%suc+150mg·L-1 boracic acid+100mg·L-1 CoCl2 as vase solution.Through a lot of morphologic and physiological indexes, the result shows that the preservative can extend vase life of cut flowers, promote water absorption of it,improve ornamental quslity of cut flower to some extent, increase the activity of SOD and CAT,delay the rise of relative electrical conductivity and the decline of soluble protein content.3.On the foundation of basic preservative(3%S+200mg·L-18-HQ),add different concentration of CaCl2 and salicylic acid and distilled water was set as control to screen the one which could reveal the best preservative effect of cut flowers.Th rough the morphologic indexes of vase life, flowering rate, maximum flower diam eter, change rate of fresh weight, water balance value, result showed preservatives(3%S+200mg·L-1 8-HQ+200mg·L-1CaCl2+50mg·L-1SA)and(3%S+200mg·L-18-HQ+1g·L-1CaCl2+50mg·L-1SA)were better treatments,On the basis of the experiment, dis cuss some of their physiological effects on Eustoma grandiflorum cut flowers...
