State Of Art And Policy Study On The Cixi City's Construction Of Forest City

With the development of economy and city,the city's ecological environment has been paid more and more attention.The mode of urban forest and water area has become the inevitable trend of the development of the city.At present,although our country in the forest urban construction has achieved good results,the process of construction is mainly from the aesthetic perspective and has not fully consider the interaction of the various elements of the city ecological system,especially the maintaining problem in the configuration of tree species.Hence,the study of the urban forest construction should globally consider the factors in the ecology.This thesis surveyed the forest city construction theory at home and abroad,and then analyzed theory and practical principles of the forest city construction by taking Cixi City as the research object and combining the principle of ecology and landscape ecology.The following conclusions have been obtained in this study:(1)Cixi city has a good ecological civilization,ecological construction and ecological protection.Government propaganda and education work better,there are a number of popular science base.There are abundant forest resources,green land,forestry industry,ecological forest,corridors,green construction,tourism resources,and so on;also has a perfect system in the protection of biological diversity,precious and old trees protection,pest protection,ecological protection.(2)In the forest urban construction,Cixi city has a good social environment,but there are also shortcomings: science activities held the number is insufficient,the protection of public awareness is not strong;And the forest coverage rate did not reach the target,the development level of rural tourism and the characteristics of eco industry is not high;Due to the limited arable land,there is a contradiction between the protection of forest land and the use of forest land;The existing green parks are distributed widely,but the lack of large-scale public green space,and the connectivity between the green park is poor,can not give full play to the ecological function;The biological control mechanism and technology promotion system is not perfect,and the lack of early warning system of forest fire weather.(3)The forest city construction of Cixi City,mainly including the construction of ecological forest,ecological corridor,urban green space,village greening,should follow the principle of ecology,adopt corresponding countermeasures,and provide the theoretical guidance in afforesting measures,tree species selection configuration and biodiversity conservation.The goal is to build a “Green ecology,happy hometown” forest city in which the forest coverage rate in the whole city is kept above 22.5%,forest coverage in the built-up area is 31%,per capita public green area is 13 m2.
