Zizyphus jujuba Mll.cv.Lingwu Changzao is a local frest-eating fruit cultivar of Ningxia,with rich nutrition,sweet and sour taste and strong adaptability.In recent years,local has vigorously developed the facilities of jujuba cultivation,but the phenomenon of cracking fruit is serious.In this study,the Zizyphus jujuba Mll.cv.Lingwu Changzao with facilities cultivation was used as the material,the characteristics of cracking fruit are observed by using the soaked fruit indoors.The occurrence of fruit ripening of Zizyphus jujuba Mll.cv.Lingwu Changzao was studied in the field investigation facility.The experiment was carried out to control soil moisture and spray fruit cracking fruit quality and other indicators,screening to determine the control of jujuba fruit jujuba fruit cracking fruit technology.The main results are as follows:1?The Zizyphus jujuba Mll.cv.Lingwu Changzao with facilities cultivation has four fruit cracking methods:transverse crack,longitudinal crack,transverse crack and longitudinal crack,and irregular crack.Cracking rate and cracking degree are positively correlated with air humidity.2?The occurrence of Zizyphus jujuba Mll.cv.Lingwu Changzao fruit cracking is closely correlated with coloring property and the specifications of fruits.The total suction of mature fruit is more than 75%colored fruit,the cracking rate and index of mature fruit are also;Take different kinds of Zizyphus jujuba Mll.cv.Lingwu Changzao fruit the order of cracking rate is as follows:Third-class Fruit>Fourth-class Fruit>First-class Fruit>Second-class Fruit.3?The effects of different soil moisture in control treatments on protected cultivation of Zizyphus jujuba Mll.cv.Lingwu Changzao:when the soil moisture level is under 60%?70%of the field largest water moisture capacity,each cracking rate with covering treatment is below the treatment under 70%?80%level.Among them,the minimum cracking rate using laminating is 18.22%.When the soil moisture level is under 70%?80%of the field largest water moisture capacity,using laminating can promote the jujuba hanging and chlorophyll content When the soil moisture level is under 60%-70%of the field largest water moisture capacity,using laminating can improve the longitudinal and transverse diameter,and soluble sugar,also,the fruit yield and Single fruit weight is the highest under mulching treatment.When the soil moisture level is under 70%?80%of the field largest water moisture capacity,the acid content has improved by using laminating.4?The effects of different pharmacy on protected cultivation of Zizyphus jujuba Mll.cv.Lingwu Changzao:the results showed that the fruit quality of Zizyphus jujuba Mll.cv.Lingwu Changzao could be significantly improved by spraying with different agents.Among them,the effect of D(1000)treatment on fruit cracking was the best,which was 25.82%lower than that of CK2;HS(800)treatment increased the fruit weight,and transverse diameter;HN(1000)treatment significantly improved the Vc content;D(1000)treatment has a significant effect on soluble solids and soluble sugar content.Cracking fruit of Zizyphus jujuba Mll.cv.Lingwu Changzao is associated with air humidity.When the soil moisture level is under 60%?70%of the field largest water moisture capacity,using laminating can reduce the fruit cracking rate and improve fruit quality;Under Spraying anti-cracking fruit agent treatment,the agents,like HN,HS,and D,can reduce fruit cracking rate.
