At present,jujube fruit cracking has become one of the urgent problems in the production,in this study,Pot bottles of jujuba cracking,susceptible as test materials,every 10 d for 2 times,4 times and 6 times,1000 times and 500 times liquid organic calcium preparations of exogenous spraying,observation and determination of jujube fruit transverse and longitudinal diameter,fruit weight,sugar and acid content by paraffin method to explore the optical microstructure difference and jujube leaf stomatal morphology difference,and combined with the field of fruit cracking,rate,the effect of organic calcium preparations in jujube fruit cracking in,reveal the mechanism of jujube fruit cracking,screening to reduce the best organic calcium concentrations and spraying times of jujube fruit cracking rate,provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the prevention and control of jujube fruit cracking,.Conclusions are as follows:(1)Spraying organic calcium at different concentrations and times can significantly reduce the Pot bottles of jujube fruit cracking,rate,and 1000 times liquid organic calcium treatment after 6 times of jujube fruit cracking rate,fruit cracking,rate of 14.08%,compared with the control was reduced by 27.37%.(2)Compared with the control,with the increase of the number of organic calcium treatment,the fruit weight and the vertical and horizontal diameter of fruit were kept growing,and the growth of transverse diameter was always smaller than the longitudinal diameter growth.1000 Double liquid organic calcium treatment significantly in 500 times and 1000 times liquid,liquid organic calcium continuous treatment 6 was the best,the fruit weight is 28.89g,29.91mm diameter,longitudinal diameter of 47.63mm.followed by 500 times liquid organic calcium continuous treatment 6 times the best effect,the fruit weight is 26.57g,the cross 29.02mm in diameter,longitudinal diameter 46.73mm.correlation analysis:jujube fruit craCKing rate and fruit weight was positively related.is-0.981.(3)The optical microstructure of Chinese jujube fruit was analyzed by paraffin section method.It was found that with the increase of the number of organic calcium preparations,the epidermis layer The number and thickness of the cell size,the lower,arranged more neatly,and compared with the control,the concentration of 1000 times liquid treatment effect was significantly better than the concentration of 500 times liquid treatment,the epidermal layer more layers,increasing the thickness of the jujube fruit cracking,,fruit epidermal cells larger cracking,epidermal cells are arranged in a more the more close neat jujube fruit cracking,.Among them,there is no difference between each treatment cutin layer thickness,has nothing to do with the jujube fruit cracking.The size and thickness of epidermis cells and fruit cracking rate reached significant correlation between optical microstructure difference correlation coefficient of-0.981 and 0.934.between different parts of the same fruit is little.(4)Organic calcium concentration and different treating times of leaf stomatal density,stomatal size and opening degree were investigated.In 1000 times liquid treatment of organic calcium preparations after 6 times,stomatal density,stomatal size and degree of difference with the control.The most significant respectively237.51 um2 309.7 1um.2 115.37um2.stomatal density of leaf and fruit cracking rate was significantly positive correlation between the correlation value of 0.968;the pore size and opening rate is positively correlated with fruit cracking,the correlation coefficients were 0.838 and 0.794.leaf stomatal density and the smaller pore size and opening of the smaller pot bottle Jujube anti cracking,(5)Two concentrations of organic calcium,sugar and acid content in jujube fruit were significantly lower than the control,but the ratio of sugar and acid is higher than that of the control;with the increase of spraying times,fruit soluble sugar,reducing sugar content and total sugar increased,organic acid content decreased continuously,the sugar acid ratio is also rising continuous;1000 times liquid organic calcium preparation of continuous spraying 6 times after the date Sugar acid content was significantly higher than that of 500 times liquid organic calcium spraying 6 times the effect of sugar acid ratio of 121.98.The ratio of sugar to acid and the cracking rate showed a significant negative correlation,the correlation coefficient reached-0.782,fruit sugar content more easily cracked,sugar and acid content appropriate collocation helps cracking fruit.(6)The jujube fruit cracking rate and cracking of the The correlation obtained:correlation analysis index of jujube fruit cracking rate and the thickness of epidermis cells arranged closely and the most obvious,is-0.985,was extremely significant,so organic calcium ultimately selected 1000 times liquid of jujube fruit cracking rate decreased,and the most suitable spraying times for 6 times.
