| In order to improve grapevine shoot freezing tolerance in eastern foot of helan mountain region during spring,The paper studied the effects of heating test and growth regulators on the freezing tolerance of the ’Beimei’ wine grapevine shoot under low temperture stress.During the late frost temperature heated(heating wax and heating wire)test,the heat treatment on ’Beimei’ the influence of the temperature of grape shoot.In order to ’Beimei’ grape was used to studied the effects of sprayed S-abscisic acid(100mg/L、150mg/L、200mg/L),SA(10mmol/L、20mmol/L、30mmol/L)and oligose(50mg/L、100mg/L、150mg/L、200mg/L)during shoot sprout to growth period on soluble substance content,membrane permeability and the active oxygen metabolism related enzymes activities under low temperture stress.The results showed as follows:1.Burning candle and heating wire heat treatments could improve the temperature of the grape shoots.It was 0.045kg · h/m2 deal with shoot temperature could be increased by 1.8~2.9℃,it is a significant difference in CK.The first horizontal wire distance of 2 cm and 30W · h/m2 deal could increase shoot temperature 1.1~1.6℃,it is a obvious difference in CK.2.It was concluded that sprayed S-abscisic acid could obviously reduce the relative membrane permeability and the MDA content in the ’Beimei’ wine grape shoot under cold stress.At the same time,the soluble sugar and proline content,SOD,POD and CAT activities were significantly increased.The content of sugar and proine with 150 mg/L S-abscisic acid treatment were significantly increased,SOD,CAT and POD activities were very increased,and content of the relative electrical conductivity and MDA were significantly decreased.The content of sugar and proine with 20 mmol/L SA treatment were significantly increased,SOD,CAT and POD activities were very significantly increased,and content of the relative electrical conductivity and MDA were significantly decreased.The content of sugar and proine with 100 mg/L oligose treatment were significantly increased,SOD,CAT and POD activities were very significantly increased,and content of the relative electrical conductivity and MDA were significantly decreased.There was no significant difference between 200 mg/L oligose and CK.As a result,It was concluded that heating test and sprayed growth regulators could improve the’Beimei’grapevine shoot freezing tolerance in eastern foot under 0~-3℃. |
