This paper is in the framework of the IOT, designing an intelligent control system of greenhouse based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) .The system has realized the real-time monitoring of greenhouse environment information, and the control commands and monitoring data can be reliably transmitted.The system can be remotely controlled by a mobile phone or computer.If there is an abnormal situation, it will alert the user.The intelligent control is realized by the linkage of control system and monitoring system.The study has important significance for improving our country's greenhouse productivity and the level of modernization. The main contents of this research are as follows:First of all, this paper analyzes the suitable environment growth law of greenhouse plants.According to the law of plant growth, to build a suitable environment to meet the rapid growth of plants.Then the overall control system of greenhouse is designed in the framework of Internet of things technology,which are composed of perception layer, transport layer and application layer.The system combines the control system, monitoring system,data transmission network sensors, wired and wireless sensor networks, video monitoring system,and motor electric actuating equipment, intelligent greenhouse management cloud platform and mobile phone or computer remote control terminal .Together, they make the greenhouse control system achieve automatic control.Users also can through their own needs, changing the environmental parameters to meet the different plant growth environment.The system can realize three control modes: manual control, automatic control and remote terminal control.The design of this system is divided into three parts,control system, monitoring system,cloud platform system and they interact with each other.The sensor device and the monitoring terminal RTU, constitute the perception layer of the Internet of things.The control system and monitoring system are designed according to the environmental conditions of greenhouse, and the control system are based on PLC and RTU,and the monitoring system are based on RTU and sensors.Staff can use the manual control of the scene, but also allows the control system to run automatically, or the staff can also be used to control the operation of the executive body with a mobile phone in a different place.The communication network in the field builds the transmission layer of the Internet of things.According to the requirement of transmission, the data transmission system is constructed by combining the local network and the wide area network.The local LAN cable transmission with Ethernet,wide area network uses the Internet transmission mode,they ensure the reliable transmission of sensor data to the server.Smart phones, PC machines, servers and other application devices constitute the Internet of things.The application layer implements the data storage, processing, display and intelligent control of the controller.
