In recent years,with the advantages of resources and the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,the grape industry has developed rapidly in Xinjiang.At present,the shape and trimming of wine grape leaf canopy are almost entirely manual,artificial trimming,labor intensity,low efficiency and high cost were becoming increasingly prominent.In order to meet the requirements of leaf canopy curtain trimming of wine grape in Xinjiang single arm hedgerow planting pattern,the vine leaf canopy curtain shaping and trimming device was designed.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Through field investigation of grape line spacing,pile spacing,cement column height and spacing were obtained,Xinjiang wine grape cultivation by 2000×3000 mm(high×spacing),500 mm spacing,column spacing 6000 mm,grape leaf canopy trimming width 800 mm,Xinjiang single trellised planting patterns of wine grape canopy parameters measurement,analysis of relevant data,the vertical width of the leaf curtain of wine grape was determined to be about 1400 mm.According to the shape and trimming requirements of the wine grape leaves,the overall design scheme of the shaping and trimming device was determined.According to the overall design of the device for trimming,trimming device of key parts of the frame and the disc knife disc assembly was designed.The disc knife disc assembly through kinematic analysis,the kinematic equations of disc cutter blade.Theoretical analysis shows that when the speed of the tractor was 1.67 m/s,the cutter blade radius 200 mm,height 40 mm,blade number was 4,the rotation speed of the cutter head is greater than or equal to 875.64 r/min,can ensure that the disk cutter cutting branches without cutting leakage of wine grape.The disc knife disc assembly by the kinematics simulation analysis using ADAMS software to verify the disc cutter blade cutting cut without leakage.Experimental study on cutting performance of disc cutter cutting grape branches,with the cutter speed,blade angle and speed of the wine grape shoots orthogonal experimental design for the two factors,established tear rate,leakage rate and cut the regression model of each factor,and the reliability of regression model diagnosis.With the minimum rate and missed rate of tear function based on response surface optimization principle,to determine the optimal parameter combination of grape cutting disc cutter blade branches,speed 1.63 m/s,rotation speed of the cutter head 1085.72 r/min,blade angle of 9.62°.The static and dynamic modal analysis of the frame and cutterhead assembly were carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the rationality of the design of the key working parts of the shaping and cutting device was verified.According to the hydraulic system design scheme and the working principle diagram of the hydraulic system,and the hydraulic components of the hydraulic system of the trimming device were calculated and selected.By checking the performance of the hydraulic system and calculating the heating temperature rise of the hydraulic system,the rationality of the design of the hydraulic system of the cutting device was verified.
