Prompt pruning during grape growth can reduce unnecessary nutrient loss and improve grape water and fertilizer utilization.At present,manual pruning is the main method for grape pruning.Manual pruning is not only labor-intensive,low production efficiency,but also long-term Finger joints are damaged.Manual pruning is no longer suitable for the development of modern agriculture,and it has seriously hindered the scale and standardized production of grapes.The emergence of wine grape pruning machines has promoted the development of Guolin Machinery,which is driven by tractors.It has the advantages of high operating efficiency and good cutting quality.The working performance and reliability of its hydraulic system are very important.In this paper,the wine grape pruning machine is taken as the research object,and the hydraulic system part is analyzed and researched to improve the working performance and reliability of the hydraulic system.The circuits such as the oil cylinder and the motor are designed.The hydraulic system model of wine grape pruning machine was designed and constructed in AMESim software,and reasonable simulation parameters were given,and the results were obtained by simulation.Focusing on the parameters such as motor flow,pressure,speed,and hydraulic cylinder displacement,the dynamic characteristic curves of hydraulic motors,hydraulic cylinders,and control valves are studied,and the correctness of the simulation model is verified based on experimental research.Its main contents are as follows:(1)Use CAXA to design the multi-cylinder control circuit,hydraulic motor series circuit,and electro-hydraulic proportional control circuit of the hydraulic system,and calculate and select important hydraulic components such as hydraulic cylinders,hydraulic motors,hydraulic pumps,and auxiliary components.Matching design for the specific parameters of the hydraulic system and relevant checks,after calculation and selection,the system pressure was determined to be 15 MPa.The hydraulic pump was a CB-E gear fixed displacement pump.The hydraulic cylinder was a HSG type double-acting single piston cylinder.The hydraulic motor was a GM5 gear cutter.The motor,three-position four-way reversing valve and two-position four-way reversing valve all use WE-type solenoid valves,the pressure-reducing valve uses DR-type pilot-type pressure reducing valve,and the filter model is TF-63X100L-C.(2)Based on AMESim hydraulic simulation software,the cylinder circuit,motor circuit,proportional valve circuit model and the overall model of the hydraulic system were established.Through calculation and analysis,the correctness of the cylinder simulation model was verified.Based on the design of the pressure relief valve model,the pressurereducing valve model was improved,and the stability of the hydraulic cylinder and pressure reducing valve orifice in the hydraulic drive system was simulated and analyzed by referring to the previous selection and parameter setting.The damping hole in the pressure reducing valve model is the most stable at 0.6mm.The response characteristics of the cutter motor at different speeds are analyzed.(3)Use the joint test paperless recorder,temperature sensor,pressure sensor,multimeter,speedometer and other instruments to test the pressure and temperature curve of the side trim motor and top trim motor cylinder oil inlet.The pressure and temperature response characteristics of the hydraulic motor at different speeds were tested separately,and the simulation curve was compared with the experimental curve.The maximum pressure of the cylinder measured by the pressure sensor is 15 MPa.The maximum pressure simulated by the AMESim software is close to 17 MPa,and the error range is between 0~2MPa,which is not much different from the actual measured pressure.The change trend of the experimental curve and the simulation curve It is the same.The temperature is between-20? and 65?,which meets the temperature requirements and verifies the correctness of the simulation model.
