Currently,the classification of mulberry species,is mainly based on the morphological characters,in our country.But the classification results do not provide a clear clue to establish a classification system based on colleges.Therefore,it is difficult to sort,identify and classify just basised on the morphological index for the Mulberry Varieties produced by the natural hybridization.In this study,we analyzed the genetic diversity of 23 main Mulberry Varieties in Sichuan area in the molecular level,as to make scientific and rational use of Mulberry Germplasm Resources in Sichuan.Three molecular markers of ISSR,SRAP and SCAR were used to analyze the 23 main cultivated mulberry varieties by cluster analysis,the results showed that using analyzing software analyze the bans gained from ISSR molecular markers of 23 mulberry varieties,23 mulberry varieties can be divided into two categories.And analyze the bans got from SRAP molecular markers of these 23 mulberry varieties,23 mulberry varieties can be divided into four categories.Since SCAR points mark has been transformed from the RAPD molecular markers,so we expect that we can find a SCAR molecular marker,conversioned from SRAP markers,which can cluster the 23 mulberry varieties.But it is failed to find a SCAR molecular marker to distinguish and cluster the 23 mulberry varieties.In the following study,we can screen more SRAP molecular markers,in order to obtain the SCAR molecular marker to cluster the 23 mulberry varieties stably and clearly.Soil microorganism is an important part of soil and ecological system,which plays an important role in the formation and development of soil,organic matter decomposition and transformation of material and energy transfer,biogeochemical cycle and bioremediation etc.In the relationship between soil microbes and the environment,the functional diversity of soil microorganisms mainly reflected by the different way of metabolic and physiological functions.so microbial diversity can be considered an important indicator of the soil caused by the change of the evaluation of natural or man-made interference.Because of the obvious effect of microorganism on ecosystem,it is very important to study the soil microorganism under the mulberry soil.This study used the physical and chemical properties of soil and high-throughput sequencing to study the 23 main cuLtivated mulberry varieties of soil microbial diversity,to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the relationship between soil microbes and mulberry varieties,to find the soil micro environment which can more conducive benefit for the growth of mulberry varieties.The results showed that different mulberry varieties have different requirements for soil physicochemical properties,and thedominant bacteria and rhizosphere soil bacterial community diversity of different mulberry varieties is different.The interspecific assistance among different mulberry varieties and rhizosphere bacteria is different.The sequence of 3 cultivars of fruit mulberry varieties rhizosphere soil bacterium analyzed by high-throughput sequencing,obtained from soil microbes in the phyla,class,order,family and genus on the bacterial community composition.All the 102529 raw sequences,through the joints and filters of low quality to obtained high quality sequences,these sequences belonging to 10 phlyma for bacteria,and the main phlyma is mainly composed of Fusobacteria(Fusobacterium door)and Gemmatimonadetes(gemmatimonadetes),Firmicutes(Firmicutes)and Bacteroidetes(Bacteroidetes),Nitrosiprae(nitrospirae),Acidobacteria(acidobacteria),Chloroflexi(Chloroflexi),Proteobacteria(Proteobacteria),Actinobacteria(actinobacteria),and these microorganisms as the dominant bacteria,including Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes in total the three samples in high proportion compared with other fungi,was the dominant group,the Bacteroidetes and Proteobacteria content.The results showed that although the sampling sites were different,there were some similarities between the microbial groups.However,different mulberry varieties have different soil microbial community structures,it may be the different exudation from the different mulberry varieties root is different,which can attract different bacterial groups.
