Plastic film mulching cultivation technology has greatly promoted the sustained increase of agricultural production since it was widely used in Xinjiang in 1980 s.Plastic film mulching cultivation technology brings significant benefits at the same time,the use of plastic film and year after year not timely recovery,with annual ploughing of the soil and accumulate in the tillage layer,resulting in farmland was film pollution serious,potentially harmful to agricultural production.At present,China has developed a variety of types of residual film recovery equipment,but most of them are the first residue and debris together to pick up,and then carry out the separation of impurities.Because of the residual film has a soft,easy adsorption and easy winding characteristics,it is easy to make membrane miscellaneous picking up plastic film and straw and other debris further entwined,miscellaneous poor separation effect of the film,film impurity rate is too high,the residual film recycling boxes will soon be filled,in the long block operation frequently first stop unloading film.This not only seriously affects the efficiency of the work,but also not conducive to the recovery of residual film.Aiming at the problem of the high rate of residual film recovery,this paper puts forward the idea of removing the straw and other debris in the picking stage.A new kind of pick up type plastic film pick up device is designed by using the principle that the membrane is first made to be separated from the sundries,and then the film is picked up.This paper makes a study:(1)the key factors to influence the first collecting(the basic material properties of residual film recycling machine working environment and plastic film)were studied,obtained the water content in the soil surface roughness,and hardness values,also through experimental research on basic mechanical properties of the film were determined.The above research results provide the basis for the design of the whole structure and key components of the residue film pickup device.(2)using the principle that the membrane is first made to be separated from the debris,and then the film is picked up,the design scheme of the combination of the crank rocker mechanism and the clamping conveying device is put forward.Based on the investigation results of the key factors of the working performance of the residual film pick-up mechanism,the technical requirements for the design of the residual film picking and conveying device are determined.The overall structure of the residual film pickup device is designed.The mathematical model of the crank rocker mechanism is established,and the structural parameters of the F locus of the top of the picking rod are analyzed by theoretical analysis.Through the transformation of the key structural parameters and a large number of simulation experiments,the optimal trajectory of the F point on the top of the membrane rod is found out.The optimal structural parameters of the crank rocker mechanism are determined.Through the graphic analysis and theoretical derivation of the relative position relationship between the gripper mechanism and the clamping conveying mechanism,the speed of the clamping conveying mechanism and the layout distance of the clamp on the conveying are determined.Combined with the results of the second chapter residual film tensile test,the state of the film was picked up and analyzed.It is concluded that the film can be collected completely in this way.(3)according to the contents of the previous chapters,the prototype was tested.The experimental data were processed by the software of correlation test analysis.The reliability of the model is evaluated by the software module.The influence of the experimental factors on the pick-up rate and membrane separation rate was analyzed by using the corresponding surface method.Finally,the optimal working parameters are obtained.
