Xinjiang has formed a regional distribution of tomatoes,intensive production of the status quo,continuous cropping is widespread and has become the main reason for its stable and high yield.Allelopathy is one of the causes of continuous obstruction,phenolic acid is the main allelochemicals.In the continuous cropping condition,the root exudates accumulate in the soil,and the phenolic substances in the secretions can induce the autotoxicity,affecting the seed germination,plant growth,soil pathogen activity and soil microbial population structure.Based on the previous experiments on the effect of continuous cropping of soil microbial structure on tomato,the experiment was carried out by HPLC technique to quantify the processing tomato plants,root exudates and different continuous cropping soils on the basis of the long-term continuous cropping experiment field in Shihezi University.The effects of the actual concentration of phenolic compounds on seed germination,seedling growth,leaf antioxidant enzyme activity were clarified,to lay the theoretical basis for revealing the mechanism of continuous cropping.The main conclusions are as follows:The results showed that processing tomato plant residues,root exudates and continuous soils containing ferulic acids,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and cinnamic acid were detected by HPLC.The content of ferulic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and cinnamic acid in stem,leaf and root of tomato were generally decreased first and then decreased,and lowest at 1 year.Ferulic acid,The content of cinnamic acid and cinnamic acid in the leaves were decreased by 33.3%,73.8% and 13.3%,respectively compared with the control.The contents of ferulic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and cinnamic acid were decreased by 15.7%,11.9% and 23.4%respectively.The contents of ferulic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and cinnamic acid were decreased by 39.8%,57.5% and 77.0% respectively compared with the control.As continuous cropping time increased,the contents of three phenolic acids increased.The content of ferulic acid,hydroxybenzoic acid and cinnamic acid in the stems increased by 1.1 times,20.4 times and 0.9 times higher than that of the control,respectively.The content of ferulic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and cinnamic acid in root were increased by 7.8 times,2.7 times and0.9 times,respectively compared with the control,and then decreased again.The content of ferulic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and cinnamic acid increased first and then decreased and reached the highest level in 5 years,Ferulic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and cinnamic acid content were increased by 44.5%,2.6% and 13.1% respectively compared with those sitting at1 y,and then decreased again,ferulic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and cinnamic acid content decreased by 28.1%,14.5% and 4.0%,respectively,compared with 5 years.The effects of phenolic compounds on seed germination and seedling growth of tomato were inhibited,the germination rate and germination index of processing tomato seeds decreased gradually as phenolic acid concentration increased.The seedling height,root length,fresh weight,the fresh weight of the underground is gradually increased,the root length of the seedlings and the fresh weight of the underground are consistent with the seedling height and the fresh weight of the shoots,but the phenolic material has the same effect on the root length and the fresh weight.The effect of phenolic acid on the underground part of tomato was higher than that of aboveground part.The inhibition intensity of phenolic acid to tomato seedling was 7d> 2L> 4L,indicating that With the growth of tomato seedlings,the sensitivity of allelochemicals is gradually reduced.The results showed that the activity of SOD activity,CAT activity and root activity decreased gradually as phenolic acid concentration increased.When the concentration of phenolic acid was 2.5 g·l-1.The effects of p-hydroxybenzoic acid on SOD activity of 7d,2L and 4L were decreased by 78.1%,48.4% and 18.0%,respectively.POD activity increased first and then decreased,while MDA content increased gradually.When the concentration of ferulic acid was 2.5 g·l-1,the MDA content of 7d,2L and 4L seedlings increased to the highest,46.6% and 60.0%,131.1%,the difference was extremely significant.It can be seen that when the concentration of phenolic acid is the largest,its effect on the enzyme activity and root activity is the most significant.The plant height,stem diameter,root length and economic yield of processing tomato plants were significantly decreased with the increase of continuous cropping years.Compared with the control,the continuous cropping of 1 to 9 The economic output decreased by 9.4%,15.5%,27.9%,40.3% and 52.2% respectively.Indicating that the processing of tomatoes is not suitable for continuous cropping,continuous cropping reducing processing tomato production.
