Solanum nigrum L.is one of the most problem weeds in cotton fields in Xinjiang,affectsthe normal growth of cotton and reduce the yield and quality of cotton by competiting for water,fertilizer,thermal,mineral elements,spaces,and so on with cutton,In this paper,based on the Seed Germination of S.nigrum,explored the germination conditions,determination of height of S.nigrum and root length and fresh weight of morphological indices and chlorophyll,soluble protein,MDA,POD,SOD,CAT.Interspecific and intraspecific competition mechanism to probe the S.nigrum L.competition mechanism;Explored the 5 soil treatment agent,kinds of treating stems and leaves,mixed nanometer materials and 5 kinds of herbicides on chemical control of S.nigrum L,provide theoretical basis for the control of S.nigrum L..The results showed: The most suitable soil temperature was 25 ?-30 ?,soil moisture was about 60%,the most suitable depth of 2-4cm.S.nigrum L.interspecific Competition,with the increase of density on growth and physiological and biochemical effects of S.nigrum,with the increasing density of S.nigrum main root long downward trend but no obvious influence on lateral roots,there are two peak on the 50-70 plants per square meters,description 50-70 plant per square meters is an inflection point,external environment best suitable for growth of S.nigrum in May,interspecific competition is more intense.The external morphology: With the gradual increase of density of S.nigrum L,the root length,plant height,fresh weight of cutton were increased gradually but not obvious;In terms of physiology and biochemistry: Chlorophyll and protein content of cotton with the increase of density of S.nigrum,chlorophyll and protein content decreased gradually,chlorophyll and protein content decreased gradually;SOD,CAT activity as the S.nigrum L.density increases first,then in 50-70 per square meters inflection points,respectively,and then decreased;MDA activity less affected by the density of S.nigrum L.nightshade density and reduces the increase in cotton production;on the sowing time: April nightshade plant directly affects chlorophyll,POD,SOD and other physiological and biochemical indexes of cotton,effect of S.nigrum on cotton seedling emergence in April,the germination of S.nigrum in June had little effect on painted,it is unknown by the time of emergence of S.nigrum months later,near the reproductive growth stages of cotton,the smaller its effect on cotton.In the test of 5 soil additive blending trials,treatment 7,treatment 8,treatment 9and treatment 12 are the best treatment.Five different kinds of treating Stems and leaves of seedling effect of S.nigrum L,Five kinds of chemicals on the control effectof a downward trend,tribenuron-Methyl control the rate of decrease the maximum,control effect of oxyfluorfen followed by reduced rate,Control effects of glyphosate to reach 100 within the shortest possible time.Nanometer materials and experimental results show that herbicide mixtures : effect of titanium dioxide to tribenuron have a certain role in promoting,Iron oxide mixed was not obvious.
