Functional rice enriched with various functional components improves the nutritional and health functions of staple food,and plays an important role in improving the diet structure of people.It is one of the most effective ways to prevent chronic diseases by diet.Because of the prominent prevention and control effect,edible rice has become an important means of people's daily dietary supplement of functional components.This experiment detect genotypic differences in content of rice protein and four functional components((Total flavonoids,GABA,Resistant Starch,Alkaloids)of 192 rice materials consist of 95 Yunnan landrace rice mini core germplasm(47 indica rice,48 japonica rice)and its near isogenic lines,plus diantun502(indica rice),Hexi35(japonica rice)as donor receptor,revealing the correlation between 7 agronomic traits and components.A genome-wide scan was performed on the 192 materials with 120 pairs of SSR markers evenly distributed on twelve chromosomes in rice,evaluation near isogenic lines in molecular level,on the basis of population structure analysis,the correlation analysis between content characters,agronomic traits and molecular markers was carried out.The following developments have been made:1.Revealed that the content of protein and functional components of near isogenic lines was higher than that of recurrent parents,indicating that the near isogenic lines can be configured by using exogenous genes from mini core germplasm,and can form new germplasm resources directly.NILs japonica rice is superior to indica rice in total flavonoids,resistant starch and gamma aminobutyric acid content,which has certain reference value in rice breeding of high functional ingredients.2.Defined the agronomic traits of near isogenic lines were better than those of recurrent parents.After repeated backcrossing and selfing,most agronomic traits of mini core germplasm NILs to move closer to the recurrent parent,but the main traits such as plant height,panicle number,panicle length,filling rate are better than the recurrent parent;between 10 pairs of characters composed of mini core germplasm and its near isogenic lines of rice protein and functional components.There are 6 pairs of significant or very significant correlation;from the mini core germplasm and its near isogenic lines of rice protein and functional components and 7 agronomic traits composed of 35 pairs of characters,18 of which were extremely significant or significant correlation.3.Confirmed the similarity between the genetic background of the near isogenic line and the recurrent parent.In 47 indica NILs,there were 27 genetic similarity coefficients bigger than 0.85,accounting for 55.3%;In japonica NILs there were 24 genetic similarity coefficients bigger than 0.85,accounting for 50%.In general,95 near isogenic lines with the genetic background of most of the recurrent parent is similar with brown rice protein and rice component content can be selected from the excellent functional components in brown rice near isogenic lines,to facilitate further functional components for fine mapping and cloning genes work.4.Several new phenotypic traits associated markers were detected for the first time.Mini core germplasm and its near isogenic lines of agronomic traits,rice protein and four functional components and 120 of a total of 26 markers associated with more than two characters,including 7 marker loci and agronomic traits and content are related to the most is RM1253(chromosome 7)and RM1240(11 chromosome)with 6 loci association.To determine the number of new related markers,specifically(in parentheses marked phenotypic variation corresponding to the rate of interpretation: chromosome 3)RM468 and RM6349 and the related content of resistant starch(both 7.2%);chromosome 3 RM6349 at the same time in the parent(7.2%)and NILs(14.2%)were related with alkaloid content;RM7383 chromosome No.1(2.9%),RM1253(5%)on chromosome 7,chromosome 9 RM1896(6.4%),RM6207(5%)on chromosome 10,chromosome 11 RM1240(5%)associated with protein content;and flavonoid content sites are chromosome 6 RM7479(7.4%);associated with the content of GABA phenotype the variance of RM1873 was the highest(11.7%)on chromosome 10 and chromosome 11 RM286(11.5%).The above marker loci have not been reported at home and abroad,which is the main innovation of this paper.
