| Lanzhou Lily is China’s only sweet lily and very famous and high quality vegetables of Gansu,Lanzhou Lily main producing area located at an altitude 2000-2600 m mountain area,in southern Lanzhou,Gansu Province.the cultivated area accounts for 1/3 of the total area of cultivated land areas.Lintao County is located in the southern part of Lanzhou City,the eastern mountain area suitable for Lanzhou lily cultivation.In recent years,Lanzhou lily cultivation area in the region gradually expanded.,in part of the mountain,Lanzhou lily,potato,Chinese herbal medicine has become a major local crop types,peas,corn,wheat,alfalfa and other sporadic cultivation.In recent years,the rapid development of industry in Lanzhou Lily,the planting benefit is better than other crops,driven by the benefit,in the actual production,the lily continuous cropping phenomenon is serious,resulting in Lanzhou lily production is low,poor quality.Study on the allelopathy between Lanzhou Lily and the above economic crops can optimize the rotation cultivation mode,overcome its continuous cropping obstacles and soil ecological restoration.In this experiment,the crops were planted in the nutrient bowl,Lanzhou lily as the central crop,Lanzhou Lily as the central crop,Lanzhou Lily,Pea,Codonopsis and Potato as the previous crop and post-crop,through the crop soil extract study the allelopathic effects of four crops with regular irrigation of different concentrations,1、Through studied the allelopathy of Lanzhou lily soil extract on pea、Codonopsis pilosula and potato seedlings.The results showed that the soil extract of had obvious allelopathic effect on the height,stem diameter and root length of the three receptor crops.Lanzhou lily soil extract had a significant inhibitory effect on the seedling height and root length of Codonopsis pilosula seedlings and increased with the increase of concentration;Lanzhou lily soil extract had a certain allelopathic effect on the height,stem diameter and root length of potato and pea,but soil extract on the potato has a certain inhibitory effect at high concentrations(0.5g/ml).SOD,POD,CAT in the leaves of Codonopsis pilosula were significantly increased with the increase of the concentration of soil extract(P<0.05),but the activity of protective enzymes in pea and potato seedlings was not obvious.The content of MDA in Codonopsis pilosula seedlings was significantly increased,which had little effect on MDA content in pea and potato seedlings.Peas and potatoes may be suitable for the next crop of Lanzhou lily.2、The results showed that the soil extract of four crops had significant allelopathy to the growth of Lanzhou lily seedlings.Lanzhou lily soil extract on the Lanzhou lily seedlings showed low concentration promotion and high concentration inhibition at seedlings height,stem diameter and root length,and the greater the concentration of the stronger the inhibitory effect.Codonopsis and Lanzhou lily soil extract had same effects on Lanzhou Lily seedlings Potato soil extract had inhibitory effect on Lanzhou lily seedlings at high concentration(0.5g / ml),but the inhibitory effect was small,and different concentrations of pea soil extract had a positive effect on the growth of Lilium davidii seedlings.When the concentration of soil extract was 0.1g/ml,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT in leaves of Lanzhou lily were not significantly changed.When the concentration of soil extract was 0.3g/ml,the effects of Lanzhou lily and Codonopsis on the activities of SOD,POD and CAT in the leaves of Lanzhou lily were significantly increased,and the difference was significant,but the potato and pea soil extract had no significant effect on the protective enzyme activity of Lanzhou lily.When the concentration was 0.5g / ml,Lanzhou lily,Codonopsis and potato soil extract had significant effects on the activities of SOD,POD and CAT in leaves of Lanzhou Lily.And the potato soil extract on the activity of antioxidant enzymes in Lanzhou Lily were less effects than Codonopsis and Lanzhou Lily soil extract,and the effect of pea soil extract on the activity of antioxidant enzymes was not obvious.To sum up,in the limited alpine cold crops,potato and peas may be the preferred pre-cropping crops of Lanzhou lily. |
