With the Kyoto Protocl which was signed in Japan in 1997 and the Copenhagen Conference which was held in Denmark in 2009,Global warming caused by the emission of carbon dioxide leads to a series of climate problems is gradually attention.Convergence effects of forest on carbon dioxide recognized at home and abroad, thus study of the ability to pool carbon by forest is gradually increasing. But,most of these studies are wide mergence, regional is less, especially for the study of the ability of karst landform in Southwest China is much more less. This paper based on the Majiang county and in Leishan county as the study areas, discussed the spatial distribution characteristics and regularities of Natural masson pine stands, carbon storage in different rocks(karst and non-karst)? different age groups and different site conditions, and contrast analysised the carbon differences and its impace factors of natural masson pines in the karst and non-karst area in Guizhouprovince. At the same time, thisprovides a basis for the rational use and partition management of forest resources according to local conditions.1.As the change of age groups, thesoil layer,s carbon storage of natural masson pines in the karst and non-karst area gradually increases. For different age groups, the soil layer, scarbon storagein the same soil depth increases;for the same age groups, the soil layer,s carbon storage tends to reduce with the increase of soil depth. The increase rate of the soil layer,s carbon storage in the karst area is degrading before praising, andwhich is form decline first to flat in the non-karst area.2.The carbon storage of the tree layer is gradually increased with the change of age groups in the two areas. And the increase rate of the tree layer, sin the karst area is degrading before praising, which is continuing to decline in the non-karst area.3.With the change of age groups in the two areas, the carbon storage of the shrub layer is gradually increased;for the carbon storage of the herb layer, there is no big difference;forthe carbon storage of the litter layer, whichis also gradually increased.4.The sum of the tree layer and soil layer,s carbon storage is the most part of the total ecosystem,s carbon storage, others is less. Thus, the increase rate of the carbon storage form young growth to mature forest is mainly due to the soil layer and the tree layer.5.In the two areas, the difference of natural masson pine stands, distribution is obvious.Fromyoung growth to mature forest, the increasing trend of carbon storage in the non-karst area is obvious and is significantly higher than the corresponding age groups in the karst area, and the differences become bigger with the change of the increasing trend.6.The carbon storage of the tree layer,s?the root of the tree layer and the soil layer are different in the two areas, but the karst area is obviously lower than the non-karst area. The carbon storage of the shrub layer?the root of the shrub layer?the herb layer?the root of the herb layer and the litter layer are not obviously different.
