Double Haploid Breeding of corn(DH,Doubled Haploid Breeding)technology is a revolution of traditional Breeding technology,and molecular Breeding technology,transgenic technology make up a new system of modern maize Breeding technology.However,the application of this technology in waxy maize breeding research is relatively lag,less reported.This study from the department of waxy maize haploid induction breeding,artificial chemical method is discussed and new breeding waxy maize DH is double the genetic analysis of three aspects to carry out the experimental study,specific as follows: 1?With introduced foreign waxy maize materials WN1002 and the introduction of MHI hybrids as basic material,using pedigree method for six generations of breeding.Each generation was selected with high induction rate,Navajo genetic markers of grain,good agronomic traits and A1A2 BPl markers,and the selection of the new type induction lines was carried out.With different waxy maize gene type of female parent as female parent,to choose a new inducer as male parent material,verify new induction system of then induction rate and to analyze the effects of the maternal genotype materials,silk length,temperature and humidity of waxy maize haploid induction rate.The result showed that the average induction rate of-6-2-1-6-1(WN1002×MHI)S5 was the highest,which was 9.68%.It had both obvious genetic markers,the advantages of a large amount of pollen,blight resistance etc.,the S6 generation row named NY10.The induction rate of NY10 was 1.6 times higher than that of MHI(6%).It also showed that the female genotype,silk length when pollination and environment affected the haploid induction rate,the induction rate of waxy maize haploid was from 4.86% to 12.16%,the haploid induction rate was high if female had long silks when pollinated,and high temperature and high humidity was harmful for waxy corn haploid induction.NY10 had high induction rate and had both genetic markers excellent agronomic characters,and many other advantages,which could meet waxy maize haploid breeding demand for induction system in Jilin area and similar biome.2?In three different genotypes waxy maize hybrids with high 5 lure induced waxy maize haploid for material,with a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL colchicine with 2.5% DMSO(dimethyl sulfoxide)mixture by seed,bud and drop leaves three different approach to artificial chemical double of waxy maize haploid,double the rate and fatality rate of different double waxy maize method of variance analysis and multiple comparison.The results show that the drop leaves best method of double effect,double the rate of average,at 16.03%,compared with other three double methods not only improves the powder rate of waxy maize haploid also make plant seed setting rate significantly increased,and the required colchicine dose is lower.3?The use of NCII genetic mating design,Department of new waxy corn DH 5 as female,belong to different eco-region 5 key glutinous maize inbred lines JN-2,1211,Jing Baijun 34,JQT,L66,waxy corn hybrids with 25 for the parent group,analysis of new 5 main agronomic characters of glutinous maize DH 8 combining ability and Heterosis.Results showed that waxy maize DH lines 15ND11 and 15ND13 yield and related traits in GCA did better,have great potential in waxy corn breeding;15ND13x Jing Baijun 34,15ND15xJN-2,and 15ND14x1211 is the yield and related traits in specific combining ability more excellent 3 glutinous corn hybrid performance;15ND13x1211,and 15ND11x1211,and 15ND11xL66,and 15ND14 x 1211,15ND11xJN-2 is the total yield combining ability and Heterosis of outstanding combinations;new waxy maize 5 DH with Heilongjiang,Shandong,Beijing area backbone glutinous maize inbred lines are easier to assemble strong advantage of waxy corn hybrids.
