Planting occupy an important position in agricultural production,the operational quality fit and unfit quality,directly affects the output of crops.At present,the commonly used machine,its core components metering device are basic mechanical transmission,the transmission way,in practice,Mechanical transmission chain rupture,bearing damage,planting distance adjustment complex,and many other problems,to solve these problems,in this paper,the commonly used several kinds of sowing machines at home and abroad research,designed a set of electric drive type precision seeding control system.In field operation,whether the land wheel tractors side wheel as transmission way,walking round the skid phenomenon is inevitable,but considering the convenience of sensor installation fixed,reliability,versatility,pulse transmission distance and walking tractor seeding controllability,this research adopts the wheel displacement for acquisition object,through many experiments,determined the displacement change of wheel and metering device is follow-up mathematical relationship;Using the programming software,write C language control program,will determine the follow-up of mathematical relationship into the program,design a set of corn precision seeding planting distance is adjustable,uniform seeding planting distance,synchronizing drive control procedures;Control system of the pulse signal is made by rotating the incremental sensors,mills wheel displacement signal,the collected digital signal transmitted to the chip,through chip procedure in the operation,send pulse signal to the stepper motor drives,control the stepping motor drive device synchronization transmission work,by adjusting the control box planting distance parameter to control the seeding planting distance.Research papers of electric drive type corn precision seeding control system,based on tractor battery power,driven by small power stepper motor as power source,through the programmable control system for stepping motor control,synchronization precision seeding control system;Sow a single set of electric drive is based on first step motor,after the principle of constant drive,choose to match the stepper motor drive;Control system of the ground wheel diameter parameter and metering device seeded number assignment after a week,can be arbitrary regulation of the seeding planting distance,the realization of electric drive plant control system,to achieve the purpose of uniform seeding.In Jilin province agricultural machinery institute of contrast test bench laboratory and field experimental field operation,the control system is verified,test the 2BXM-2 precision seeder,respectively using electric and mechanical transmission structure test,this control system leakage rate was reduced by 17.6%,replay rate was reduced by 11.8%,the variation coefficient was reduced by 11.6%,seeding planting distance the qualified rate of 90% or higher,accord with the requirement of precision seeding,implements the uniformity of seed planting distance and adjusted.This paper studies the electric seeding system,instead of mechanical transmission,easy operation,good for the whole structure of reasonable layout,improve the agricultural plant automation,information level,for the application of modern science and technology in agricultural machinery,widen the field of agriculture from the purely mechanical to electronic control provides more research data and related scientific basis.
