In this study,we take a 42-day feeding experiment by adding Xylanase(X1200)and Polysaccharides from H.caput-medusae(Bun.:Fr)Pers Fermentation Extractum(HFP)into broiler chicken's basic ration.Samples were taken on 21 st day and 42 nd day to measure the growth performance(average weight,feed-weight ratio,slaughter performance,intestinal viscosity),muscle quality(pH,muscle tenderness,muscle chromaticity,muscular ingredient,water-holding capacity,blood index),immune and anti-oxidation function index(immune organ index,blood factors),then to make a contrast between the applying effect of above-mentioned additive and that of antibiotics in broiler chicken production.Thus,the effect of Xylanase and HFP added feed instead of antibiotics added feed on broiler chicken raising was studied,aiming at obtaining a kind of safe and pollution-free compound feed additive,which can also improve the chicken's reproductive capacity and replace antibiotics.1.Researching the effects of Xylanase and HFP replacing antibiotics in feed on broiler growth performance,we get results indicating that:During the entire experiment,it is obviously higher in X1200+HFP group than that in CK group(P<0.05)in terms of average weight,breast meat percentages and leg meat percentages index,and the intestinal viscosity of duodenum and ileum chime obviously lower than in CK group.During the 1st-21 st and 22nd-42 nd day,AW improved 0.89% and 10.29% respectively,F/G decreased 3.76% and 9.54% respectively,compared with CK.There is no significant difference on abdomen fat percentage(P>0.05).2.Researching the effects on broiler muscle quality induced by Xylanase and HFP replacing antibiotics in feed,we get the following results:During the entire experiment,it's obviously higher in X1200+HFP group than that in CK group(P<0.05)in terms of muscle moisture,chest muscle crude protein and chromaticity L value,while much lower on 48 h water drops loss,cholesterol and triglyceride than CK group(P<0.05).Xylanase and HFP compound feed additive has the ability to bring remarkable improvement in contents of muscle water-holding capacity,muscle moisture,cholesterol and triglyceride,but not very effective in enhancing chest muscle crude protein,crude fat,muscle tenderness,chromaticity and pH(P>0.05).3.Researching the effects on broiler immunity and anti-oxidization functions induced by Xylanase and HFP replacing antibiotics in feed,we get results indicating:It's obviously higher in X1200+HFP group than that in CK group(P<0.05)on muscle immune organ index,but it's almost equal in terms of IL-2,IFN-?,T-SOD,CAT and MDA contents in broiler chicken's serum,there isn't obvious difference(P>0.05).Applying Xylanase and HFP feed additive on broiler production replacing antibiotics,we draw such conclusion:Xylanase and HFP compound feed additive can enhance chicken's growth performance effectively,improve muscle quality to some extent,and prominently make immune organ index increase.Thus,the additive can play a role in immunity and anti-oxidization replacing antibiotics.
