This experiment research base is located in xuwen zhanjiang,to lay the Sesuvium Portulacastrum ecological floating bed hihger–place pond as experimental pond,no floating bed as a control pond,both pond are grazing Litopenaeus vannamei and Trachinotus ovatus.Through the research experimental pond and control pond water quality changes,Litopenaeus vannamei and Trachinotus ovatus growth situation and muscle quality,to evaluate the effect of hippocampus ecological floating bed on the purification of aquaculture water in high ponds and the improvement of aquaculture,providing more scientific basis for the popularization and application of Sesuvium Portulacastrum floats in aquaculture.1.Purification effect of Sesuvium Portulacastrum Floating Beds on higherplace ponds waterThe results show that:(1)the salinity of the pond is between 15.3 and 24.3,and the Sesuvium Portulacastrum leaves are bright and green,and the root system is well developed and the tiller is more,which indicates that the Sesuvium Portulacastrum can grow well within the range of salinity.(2)After about four months of treatment,the test in the pond of NH4+-N?NO--N?TN?PO43--P?COD was significantly lower than control pond(P<0.05),the water transparency is significantly higher than control pond(P<0.05).The removal rates of NH4 +-N,NO--N,TN,PO43--P and COD in hippocampus were 47.41%,89.02%,42.24%,76.07% and 66.09% respectively.Therefore,the Sesuvium Portulacastrum bed system can effectively remove pollutants in the water.2.Effects of Sesuvium Portulacastrum bed on the growth of fish and shrimpThe results show that:(1)During the breeding period,the body length and specific growth rate of body length of the test pond were higher than those of the control pond(P <0.05);The specific growth rate of body weight of fish and shrimp in test pond was higher than that in control pond and there was significant difference(P <0.05);After the experiment,the weight of the fish and shrimp was significantly higher than that of the control pond(P <0.05).(2)The test pond Trachinotus ovatus liver body than the control pond and the difference was not significant(P>0.05),but slightly higher than that of the control pond liver body ratio;liver body weight ratio of Litopenaeus vannamei in the experimental pond was significantly lower than the control pond(P<0.05);The fat content of the Trachinotus ovatus was significantly higher than that of the control pond(P<0.05),the Litopenaeus vannamei was no significant difference(P>0.05);The test pond trachinotus ovatus shell body mass ratio than the control pond and the difference was not significant(P>0.05);experimental ponds of Litopenaeus vannamei shell body mass ratio was higher than that of the control pond(P<0.05).The laying of Sesuvium Portulacastrum ecological floating bed makes the improvement to obtain the very good breeding environment,thus improved the growth of fish and shrimp.The laying of the ecological flats of the Sesuvium Portulacastrum makes the breeding environment well improved,thus improving the growth of the fish and shrimp.3.Effects of Sesuvium Portulacastrum floating bed on muscle quality of high-level fish and shrimpThe results show that:(1)At the end of the breeding,the water loss of Litopenaeus vannamei and trachinotus ovatus was significantly lower than that of the control pond(P<0.05);The water loss rate of Litopenaeus vannamei and Trachinotus ovatus was significantly lower than that of the control pond(P<0.05);The rate of prawn meat was significantly higher than that of the control pond(P<0.05).(2)The water content and crude fat of the Trachinotus ovatus were significantly lower than that of the control pond(P<0.05),the crude protein were significantly higher than those in the control pond(P<0.05);The crude protein of Litopenaeus vannamei was significantly higher than that of the control pond(P <0.05),and the crude fat was significantly lower than that of the control pond(P <0.05).(3)The total amino acid content,essential amino acid content and essential amino acid content of Trachinotus ovatus and Vantaa shrimp muscle were significantly higher than those in the control pond(P<0.05).(4)The SFA of the Trachinotus ovatus and the Litopenaeus vannamei were significantly lower than those in the control pond(P<0.05),and the MUFA was significantly higher than that of the control pond(P<0.05),the contents of PUFA,including EPA and DHA,were significantly higher than those of the control pond(P<0.05).In summary,Sesuvium Portulacastrum bed on the quality of fish and shrimp had a positive impact,improve the nutritional value of fish and shrimp.
