Guizhou is the second largest province of tobacco planting in China,and Bijie is one of the most typical tobacco planting areas in Guizhou.Using plastic film mulching has brought great economic benefits to the tobacco industry,but also brought a new problem,the remnant of plastic film mulching polluted the environment hardly.In order to solve this problem,according to the results of investigation to the plastic film residue in Bijie,screening prototype,tobacco ridge analysis,structure design,virtual simulation and experimental verification had been done in this paper and a new kind of compound operation equipment for collecting plastic film was developed.The main research results include:?1?Based on the sampling investigation of the characteristics of plastic film residue in the typical tobacco area in Bijie,the paper analyzed the residual condition of the film from the depth of the soil-layer and the time of film-covering.The Fragmentation degree where the surface soil-layer?0?5cm deeps?is Fa=1.18g/piece,the middle soil-layer?5?15cm deeps?is Fb=0.21g/piece,the deep soil-layer?15?25cm deeps?is Fc=0.13g/piece.It showed that the deeper soil-layer,the more broken the residual film is.The residual film of region in different is F1=0.82g/piece?less than 3 years?,F2=0.39g/piece?from 3 to 6 years?,F3=0.30g/piece?more than 6 years?,the results showed that the plastic film Fragmentation degree was proportional to the film covering years.Considering the influence of the film area,the broken degree and the number of residues on the tobacco planting effect,we determined that the main pick up object for the research area of the residual film pick-up machine was the middle residual membrane with the tobacco planting period of more than 3 years.?2?According to the agricultural requirement of tobacco planting,measuring results of the ridge in Bijie tobacco planted areas and analyzing the standard of double row planting and its deformation,the requirement of designing profile modeling of machine was determined.The film collecting component which is able to change with the terrain was designed.By building the mechanical equilibrium equation of particle,the best initial angle which is 15° was determined in order to make sure the collecting comb work effectively.Because of elasticity of the comb,the angle between the horizontal plane and the comb is able to increase.The range of the intersection angle is not able to exceed 450 in order to make the soil sliding along the comb based on calculating and analyzing the equation.?3?By using theoretical calculation to analyze the rotating speed and the forward speed,the best matching relationship was figured out in order to make sure the film-digging cutter throwing the soil and the comb picking up the film.When the ratio between forward speed and rotating speed of the mark on the cutter is great than 1?cosR:vT>1?,and the soil-throwing speed is slower than the soil-leaving speed,the performance of the film-digging cutter is best.By using ADAMS simulation software,the motion of the film-digging cutter was simulated and the optimal speed of the film-digging cutter was got,the rotating speed of cutter is cos = 31.4rad/s and the forward speed of tractor is vT = 1.5km/h.?4?By importing the designed Elastic Comb to ANSYS Workbench to analyze the static simulation and then to verify the reliability of the elastic ridge-copying and strength.65Mn Steel,which has strong ability of ridge-copying,was chosen as the spiral comb material.Combined with practical requirements,the size of Spiral tooth in different levels is set as ?12mm,? 10mm and ? 5mm.This arrangement could ensure that the machine have a good ability of ridge-copying within the limit of the material strength.?5?Field test to three generation prototypes was conducted and their picking performance of each generation prototype was compared and recorded.The test results verified the rationality of the structure design.Using orthogonal test method,the structure and the speed of the second generation prototype was tested.The optimal arrangement of the residual film pick-up machine and the pick-up effects under different speeds was worked out.Through multiple contrast tests,the third generation prototype's average rate of picking up plastic film in the sandy soil is ??? = 86.58%.The minimum rate for picking up is?3min = 85.47%.Compared with the same index,it is better than the rate in the clay areas.The average amount of residual soil in the sandy areas is ???=0.145m3,the maximum amount of residual soil is V3max =0.180m3.With the same index,it is less than the rate in clay areas.No matter in sandy loam or in clay areas,the rate of film-pick-up has reached the desired rate??>85.00%?.
