In this experiment,we choose Malus baccata as the rootstock,M9 and T337 as the interstock,grafting ‘Yanfu 3' and ‘Yanfu 6' dwarf seedlings as test materials.M.Baccata / Yanfu 3 and M.Baccata / Yanfu 6 as the control.The physiological characteristics,partial nutrient contents and photosynthetic fluorescence characteristics in leaves and shoots of the six young trees with different rootstock combinations were studied,which provided the theoretical basis for the optimization of the combination of apple head and head in Longdong area,which was of great practical significance to further understand the interaction between different combinations.The main results were as follows:1.The leaf area of the dwarf interstock was significantly larger than that of the control group,and the effect of the interstock M9 on leaf area was more obvious than that of T337.The interstock M9 can significantly increase the fresh weight of the leaves of M.baccata / Yanfu 3 and M.baccata / Yanfu 6,but the leaf fresh weight of the interstock T337 was obviously reduced.The ratio of leaf fresh weight and dry weight of dwarfing combinations was significantly smaller than that of vigorous stocks combinations.Activities of POD and SOD in the leaves of M.baccata / Yanfu 6 were significantly higher than those of M.baccata / Yanfu 3.The activities of POD and SOD in leaves and shoots were increased when the M.baccata / Yanfu 3 and M.baccata / Yanfu 6 were grafted on the interstock M9 and T337.2.The total soluble sugar content of the M.Baccata / Yanfu 6 was significantly larger than that of the M.Baccata / Yanfu 3.The contents of soluble sugar and glucose in leaves of M.Baccata / Yanfu 3 and M.Baccata / Yanfu 6 were decreased in different degrees,but they were significantly increased in branches.The sucrose content in the leaves of the M.Baccata / Yanfu 6 was significantly higher than that of the M.Baccata / Yanfu 3,and the interstock M9 and T337 could significantly increase the sucrose content of the M.Baccata / Yanfu 3 and the M.Baccata / Yanfu 6.However,the sucrose content of the shoots was significantly reduced.The contents of soluble protein in leaves and shoots of M.Baccata / Yanfu 3 and the M.Baccata / Yanfu 6 were significantly increased after grafting with M9 and T337,but the content of starch was decreased.3.The change of leaf total nitrogen content between different rootstock-scion combinations was small.The interstock T337 could significantly increase the total nitrogen content in leaves of the M.Baccata / Yanfu 3.The interstock M9 and T337 could improve the leaf phosphorus content in different degrees.The phosphorus content of leaves in dwarfing combination M.Baccata / T337 / Yanfu 3 was significantly increased.The total potassium content of the leaves of the M.Baccata / Yanfu 3 was significantly higher than that of the M.Baccata / Yanfu 6,and the total potassium content in leaves of the dwarf interstock was significantly lower than that of the vigorous stock combination.4.The activity of sucrose synthase in leaves of dwarfing interstock was significantly lower than that of the vigorous stock combination,and it was the highest in M.Baccata / Yanfu 6.The activity of amylase(AMS)in the leaves of M.Baccata / Yanfu 3 was significantly lower than that of M.Baccata / Yanfu 6,and the activity of AMS in the leaves of Yunfu 3 dwarf seedlings was decreased after grafting M9 and T337.Dwarfing interstock M9 could significantly increase the nitrate reductase(NR)activity in the leaves of M.Baccata / Yanfu 3.The activity of glutamine synthetase(GS)in the leaves of the M.Baccata / Yanfu 3 was significantly higher than that of the M.Baccata / Yanfu 6.M9 and T337 could significantly increase GS activity in leaves of Yanfu 3 and Yanfu 6,and the effect of M9 on the activity of GS was more obvious than that of T337.5.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and transpiration rate(Tr)in the young leaves of dwarfing interstock were significantly increased compared with the vigorous stock,and the CO2 concentration(Ci)was significantly decreased.There were great differences in fluorescence parameters between different rootstock-scion combinations.The maximum fluorescence(Fm)values in the leaves of dwarfing interstock were significantly lower than those of the vigorous stock combination.The photosynthetic performance index(PI)of M.Baccata / Yanfu 6 was significantly higher than the M.Baccata / Yanfu 3.The PI values of Yanfu 6 were significantly decreased after grafting on the interstock M9 and T337.
