IIIn order to study the the suitable fertilization methods of growth pepper,‘Longjiao No.5'as material,pot experiment,the effects of different fertilization methods of physiological growth of pepper,photosynthetic characteristics,nutrient uptake and nutrient distribution,fertilizer utilization rate,fruit yield and quality,changes in enzyme activity and nutrient medium.No fertilizer as control(CK);Set 2 fertilization methods(T1,T2).T1 trenament based fertilize nitrogen and potassiumr of 30%,nitrogen and potassium were put into 70% in the pepper stage(10%),during fruiting period(20%),the fruiting period(30%),the harvest period(10%).T2 treatment of nitrogen fertilizer and potassium fertilizer in the current pepper(45 days after planting)every 15 days after a chase(12.5%?12.5%?25%?12.5%?12.5%?12.5%?12.5%),total nitrogen seven times;T1,T2 treatment all phosphorus is base fertilizer and the same of amount of nitrogen phosphorus fertilizer,potassium fertilizer.The main results are as follows:1.Ater 70 day planting of pepper,T1,T2 treatment the plant height,stem diameter,dry matter accumulation were significantly higher than CK.T2 treatment plant height,stem diameter and dry matter accumulation was significantly higher than T1,increased by 10.5%?4.2%?17.5%,respectively.Harvest period,the dry matter accumulation of all treatments showed fruit > stem > leaf > root.2.Fertilization treatment can significantly increase the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a+b and carotenoid pigment content after the flowering period of pepper.The whole growth period,Pn,Gs,Ci,Tr,Fv/Fm,PS II and q P were significantly higher than T1 of T2 treatment.Fruiting period,T2 treatment NPQ was significantly lower than that of T1.3.Fertilization significantly increase the nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium nutrient accumulation and absorption rate of pepper.T2 treatment was significantly higher than that of T1.In the fruiting period,nutrient uptake and uptake rate are T2>T1>CK.The nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium utilization rate is T2 significantly higher than of T1 treatment,T2 treatment was 38.25%,26.47%,24.43%,T1 was 30.15%,23.42%,19.82%.4.The fertilization can significantly increase the nitrate content in pepper fruits,including T2(317.43mg/kg)nitrate content was lower than T1(377.74 mg/kg).T1,T2 treatment compared with CK nitrate content were increased by 26.73% and 91.31%.T2 treatment Vc and soluble sugar content are significantly higher than that of T1,T2 treatment are3.961% and 6.794mg/g.The yield of T2 treatment is significantly higher than that of T1 treatment,increased by 10.50% compared with T1.5.The nutrient content of matrix T2 was significantly higher than that of T1 and CK.Harvest period,T2 treatment catalase,matrix invertase,urease activity are significantly higher than those of T1.
