In order to avoid excessive fertilization of vegetable production, reduce production costs, and achieve the purpose of reducing the application and increasing efficiency,in the case of ensuring that the vegetable yield does not decrease or even increase, the plastic greenhouse multi-layer coverage of the chinese chive winter production test was carried out.The experiment used a randomized block design and set up 4 treatments:no fertilization?CK?,conventional fertilization?CCF?,slow release fertilizer?SRF,CCF and other nutrient components?,slow release fertilizer reduction?SRFR,total nutrient?.Decrease 31.2%:N reduction of 33%,P2O5reduction of 68%,K2O application of 110%),discussion of slow-release fertilizer instead of common fertilizer to reduce the amount of chemical fertilizer on the growth physiology, nutrient distribution,yield,quality,soil-related enzymes of chinese chive The effects of activity and nutrient utilization provided a theoretical and technical basis for the rational fertilization of chinese chive cultivation and the slow release of fertilizer to replace common fertilizers to reduce the amount of chemical fertilizer. The results showed that:1.Compared with conventional fertilization?CCF?,SRF and SRFR treatment significantly increased the leaf length, root activity and nitrate reductase activity of chinese chive, the former increased by 13.07%,9.78%,21.20%,respectively,and the latter increased by 8.25%.6.89%,45.79%.Both SRF and SRFR treatments can promote the increase of Chla,Chlb and Chla+b in chinese chive leaves.Compared with SRF,SRFR treatment significantly increased Chlb content and nitrate reductase activity in leaves, but there was no significant difference between plant height, stem diameter, leaf length and root activity.2.Compared with conventional fertilization?CCF?,SRF treatment significantly increased the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in chinese chive, which increased by 65.87%,58.82%and 63.68%,respectively,and significantly reduced the surplus of soil nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.SRFR treatment of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in chinese chive The absorption increased by28.28%,5.16%and 49.66%compared with CCF,and the soil nitrogen and phosphorus surplus decreased. The utilization rates of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in SRF treatment increased by 16.93,3.96 and 34.07 percentage points respectively. The utilization rate of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer in SRFR treatment The increase of 16.79 and 11.13 percentage points respectively has no significant effect on the utilization of potassium fertilizer.3.Compared with conventional fertilization?CCF?,both SRF and SRFR treatments increased total nitrogen, alkali nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the middle and late stages of chinese chive harvest. Both SRF and SRFR treatments significantly increased soil urease?Ure?and sucrase?INV?activities in the whole harvest period of chinese chive compared with CCF.Compared with CCF,SRF treatment significantly increased soil catalase?CAT?activity during the whole harvest period, and SRFR treatment had no significant effect on soil catalase?CAT?activity.4.The correlation between soil enzyme metabolic activity and soil nutrients gradually increased in the middle and late harvest stages. There was a significant positive correlation between total nitrogen and total phosphorus and urease?Ure?and catalase?CAT?activities in the late harvest stage of chinese chive;between alkaline nitrogen and urease?Ure?and catalase?CAT?activities There was a significant positive correlation in the middle and late harvesting period;there was a significant positive correlation between available phosphorus and catalase?CAT?and sucrase?INV?activity in the middle of harvest;available potassium and urease?Ure?,catalase There was a significant positive correlation between?CAT?and sucrase?INV?activity in the middle and late harvest stages.5.The slow release of fertilizer instead of ordinary fertilizer significantly improved the nutritional quality of chinese chive, and significantly increased the yield of chinese chive.Compared with conventional fertilization?CCF?,SRF treatment significantly increased the content of vitamin C and soluble sugar in the leaves of chinese chive, which increased by 6.06%and 14.91%,respectively,and the nitrate content decreased by 25.83%,which had no significant effect on soluble protein content. The soluble sugar and soluble protein content of leaves treated by SRFR were significantly higher than CCF,which increased by 16.15%and 1.96%,respectively,and the nitrate content decreased significantly by 34.97%,which had no significant effect on vitamin C.Compared with SRF,the nitrate content of SRFR treated leaves decreased by 12.33%,and there was no significant difference in vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein content.SRF and SRFR increased yield by 45.99%and43.21%respectively compared with CCF chinese chive yield, and net income increased by 50.41%and 51.31%,respectively.In summary, the use of slow-release fertilizer instead of ordinary fertilizer can reduce the amount of chemical fertilizer, that is,slow-release fertilizer reduction?SRFR,total nutrient reduction 31.2%:N reduction of 33%,P2O5 reduction of 68%,K2O increase of 110%?can significantly improve the nutritional quality of chinese chive, reduce soil nutrient surplus, maintain Soil fertility and nutrient balance, improve fertilizer utilization and soil-related enzyme activity, significantly increase the yield of chinese chive, reduce fertilizer costs, and increase economic benefits.
