ObjectiveCanine distemper virus(CDV)is known as canine No.first fatal disease because of its strong infectivity,highly lethal for a long time.With the progress of the pet medical drugs,the technology and equipment,but its cure rate is still very low up to now,which mainly damage multiple organ systems in the CDV body and take the measures of symptomatic treatment.So far,there are few researches on organ function in CDV body,and their function of each system is not very clear,which may be one of the main causes of low cure rate.This paper made a systematic study on the biochemical indicators changes and significance of dogs suffering from CDV.The aim to understand the biochemical indexes,clarify its mechanism,to provide guidance for the clinical treatment of CDV,and improve the cure rate of CDV.Methods(1)Experimental design: Dogs collected from a pet hospital in Luoyang were used;CDV dogs were used for experimental group,those physical examination dogs as the control group,and serum biochemical indicators were system monitored continuously.The overall variability of the single index and the relationship between the ascending and falling,the law of the biochemical function,comparison of biochemical indicators of CDV recovered dog to the were analyzed,to find out the correlation between CDV and biochemical indicators.(2)Data processing: single index overall mutation rate: the index in the test report exceeded the upper limit of the reference range or below the lower limit value was recorded for variation of 1 times,all samples of each biochemical indicators do accumulated treatment,which Is the variation of the total number of samples.Then,the variation of the total number of samples divided by the total number of sample is the variation of sample rate;Biochemical function change rate: biochemical test report data,according to its function were divided to six kinds of liver function,kidney function,heart function,pancreas function,serum calcium,and protein.The measured index beyond the upper limit of the reference range or lower than the lower limit,which is recorded a variation of 1 times,the cumulative treatment of each index ofeach sample that is the total number of samples.Then,the total number of samples was divided by the total number of samples,that is the variability of sample rate;Comparison of biochemical indicators on CDV recovery dog to the dead dog: the experiment was divided into recovery,death,and the control three groups.The average value of each biochemical index of each group was collected,and the difference between groups was analyzed by statistical software.Results(1)The critical value of the single mutation rate of CDV cases was about 30%.When the variation rate was >30%,the ALP,CK,r-GT,TBIL,Ca,ALB,AST,P,TP,CREA had statistical significance(P<0.05);when mutation rate index was <30%,the TC,LIP,GLB,ALT,GLU,UREA,TG,AMY had little effects on the treatment and prognosis of CDV,and showed no statistically significant.(2)The critical value of organ biochemical function rate variability in CDV cases is about 40%.If the variation rate was greater than 40%,it indicated a significant change in organ function including heart function,serum calcium,protein,liver function,renal function.If the variation rate of organ function was <40%,there was no significant change in organ function including pancreatic function,blood glucose and lipids.(3)The cure group and death group were compared and results showed that there was significant difference between the pancreatic function and reduced serum calcium concentration decreased and protein deficiency,which was likely to cause the CDV dogs eventually died.ConclusionThe results showed that the CDV dogs during treatment,should be timely monitoring of ALP,CK,r-GT,TBIL,Ca,ALB,AST,P,TP,CREA and other biochemical indicators,especially the changes of pancreatic function,serum calcium and protein index.And then adjust the clinical medication protocol at time may be provided for high CDV the cure rate according to the detection index.
