In this study,different density and fertilizer consumption tests were set up in semi-arid area Songyuan and semi-humid regions Changchun in Jilin province.The effects of maize morphology,dry matter accumulation and distribution,main physiological indexes and yield on maize yield and yield in two different ecological zones were studied.The intrinsic differences in maize yield and yield were analyzed,find out the optimum planting density of maize yield in different zone and the best fertilizer rate.Provide theoretical support for high yielding cultivation of maize in Jilin Province.1.The results of density test in different ecological zones showed that the height of plants in Changchun area were higher than those in Songyuan area.Chlorophyll nitrogen content and leaf index was also in Changchun area than Songyuan area,and reached the maximum at 75,000 plants.Under the same density,the dry matter quality in Changchun area was significantly higher than that of Matsubara area,and the difference of dry matter quality between the two regions at the later stage of maize growth was narrowed.But as the density of the continued increase of agronomic traits and physiological characteristics of yield showed a downward trend.The results of ecological conditions and density interaction show that the planting density may be higher than that of Changchun area in Songyuan area with abundant sunshine and relatively low accumulated temperature.2.The results showed that the plant height,chlorophyll content SPAD and leaf area index(LAI)of Changchun were the highest in N300 and higher than those in the same nitrogen fertilizer With the increase of nitrogen application rate,the dry matter accumulation in the two areas increased first and then decreased,and reached the maximum at N300 treatment,and the Changchun area was better than the Songyuan area.The accumulation of nitrogen also increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.The amount of nitrogen accumulated in the shoot was reached at the maximum at N300.Based on the above research results,the density of planting in semi-humid areas of Jilin Province can reach 75,000,and the planting density in semi-arid areas may be higher than 7.50,000 strains.Appropriate nitrogen application can increase the amount of dry matter accumulation and accumulation of corn,but excessive use of nitrogen fertilizer will inhibit the growth of corn.In the actual production of fertilizer will increase the cost of planting,can regulate the proportion of nitrogen fertilizer during the growth period,to ensure that the level of nitrogen nutrition during grain filling,for photosynthesis to create appropriate conditions,thereby increasing the yield of corn.
