| With the development of society and the improvement of urban and rural living standards, the garden plants have been an indispensable element in people’s lives. However,in the process of conservation of garden plants, the frequent occurrence of disease greatly changed the growth of plants. It has a slightly bad effect on the ornamental value, even causes the loss of cultivation value. The garden plant diseases have become a very difficult problem for conservationists. The reason of the disease occurrence, the occurrence of regular and some effective control methods are of great significance for garden plants cultivation. In order to lay a theoretical foundation for the control of plant diseases, the pathogens of fungi diseases in six garden plants were studied. The relevant results of this study are as follows:1.The symptoms of leaf spot of Phedimus aizoon var.latifolius, leaf spot of Sorbus pohuashanensis, leaf spot of Mukdenia rossii, anthracnose of Cynanchum atratum, anthracnose of Cinnamomum kotoense, anthracnose of Zamioculcas zamiifolia were described respectively.2.By the isolation and purification of pathogens,Koch’s postulates vertification, the pathogen of leaf spot of Phedimus aizoon var.latifolius was identified as Neopestalotiopsis clavispora, the pathogen of leaf spot of Sorbus pohuashanensis was identified as Alternaria tenuissima and Alternaria alternata, the pathogen of leaf spot of Mukdenia rossii was identified as Alternaria alternate, the pathogen of anthracnose of Cynanchum atratum was identified as Colletotrichum destructivum, the pathogen of anthracnose of Cinnamomum kotoense was identified as Colletotrichum siamense, and the pathogen of anthracnose of Zamioculcas zamiifolia was identified as Colletotrichum cliviae, based on pathogens’ morphological characteristics and biological characteristics and molecular biology auxiliary identification.3.Biological characteristics of six pathogens were studied. The optimum culture medium, culture temperature, light condition,pH,nitrogen source and carbon source of mycelium growth and sporulation were identified,respectively.4.The fungicide screening for six pathogens was determined by the growth rate method.Spore germination method was used to determine the fungicide screening for the pathogens of the leaf spot of Phedimu saizoon var.latifolius, the anthracnose of Cynanchum atratum and the anthracnose of Cinnamomum kotoense. The results of this study will provide a scientific theoretical foundation for the effective control of the disease of leaf spot of Phedimus aizoon var.latifolius, leaf spot of Sorbus pohuashanensi, leaf spot of Mukdenia rossii, anthracnose of Cynanchum atratum, anthracnose of Cinnamomum kotoense and anthracnose of Zamioculcas zamiifolia. |
