The experiment used 全nowdrift' as test material in order to omit the dormancy period,and achieve the effect of secondary flowering,divided into long day processing greenhouse,natural daylight greenhouse and open field cultivation three areas,used several processing in May 2015 to February 2016 in Takizawa Farm,Iwate Prefecture,Japan.The test results are as follows:1.It showed that there were differences from 全nowdrift' in long daylight to those in natural daylight and open field in flower bud differentiation,but the effect was not obvious.The top bud differentiation in long daylight processing was slower than those in natural daylight,but the axillary bud differentiation rate was higher than the natural daylight conditions.New shoots in long daylight processing stop growing later than those in natural daylight and open field about 10 days.And the length of the shoots was 20.84 cm,which was longer than the average length in natural daylight and open field which was 19.11 cm and 17.81 cm.2.The levels of ABA,Z,ZR,iP and iPA in long daylight processing were higher than those in natural daylight,and the trend of ABA,iP and iPA decreased,Z and ZR decreased at first than increased.The content of Z and ZR,iP and iPA in the lower part of the axillary buds were significantly lower than those in the higher part.3.The new shoots showed that the shoots in long daylight processing was about 1 month later stop growing than those in natural daylight.The flower bud differentiation was promoted after spraying 6-BA,and the optimum concentration of 6-BA was 300mg/L.The process of flower bud differentiation of 全nowdrift' in long day processing was faster than that of that in natural daylight.There were 116 buds germination,50 inflorescence and flowering 198 were observed.4.全nowdrift' that all the leaves were removed showed that the endodormancy was end in the middle of November,which was about 1 month earlier than the control area.The percentage of flowering in short shoots was 53.9%,30.3% in middle and medium branches,15.9% in fruit plants and most of the flowers were in the lower part of branches.The content of ABA,iP and iPA in the tree that all leaves were removed were significantly lower than that in control area,and the content of Z and ZR were higher.
