Flower bud differentiation is the basis of flowering. In order to provide the theoretical basis for flower and regulation and improving the cultivation technology of S. Grovenorii, the tissues cultured seedling was chosen as the material in experiment, and the changes of contents of endogenous hormones in flower bud differentiation and the effects of exogenous hormones to flower formation and fruits were studied in the dissertation. The main results were as follows:1. Flowers bud differentiation started when first vine of Siraitia Grovenorii was cut of the top, and the whole process needed about half a month. The turning point of flowers formation was at the twelfth day after the first vine was off the top, and the flowers bud finished differentiation at the fourteenth day.2. The variation in contents of endogenous hormones IAA, ABA, GA3, and ZR in the flower bud differentiation of Siraitia Grovenorii were determined. The result showed that in the developing process of flower bud, low level of IAA and GA3 and high level of ABA and ZR could accelerate flower bud differentiation. And in hormone balance, the changes of ratio of ABA/GA3 and ZR/GA3 played a primary role, high ratio of ABA/GA3 and ZR/GA3 also could promote flower bud differentiation.3. The flowers bud were regulated by using exogenous hormones ABA, GA3 and ZR. The result showed that the experiment 50mg/L ABA, starting from first vine was cut off the top, spraying one time five days at intervals, two times in total was the best experiment treatment, which made the period of budding and blossom put ahead six and five days, the density of budding increase one time and the burl space between of second vine cut short 1.87cm. Secondly, the experiment treatment of 100mg/L ZR, starting from the main vine was cut off the top, spraying one time five days at intervals, two times in total, its period of budding and blossom put ahead three and four days, the density of budding augment nearly one time, the burl space between of second vine also shortened 1.25cm. In contrary, the experiment teartment of 100mg/L GA3, starting from first vine was cut off the top, spraying one time suppressed flowering of Siraitia Grovenorii, which made the period of budding and blossom delay four and eight days, the burl space between also shorten 0.85cm, but it could increase the density of budding a little.4. The contents of reducing sugar and glycocides V of fruits of Siraitia Grovenorii were determined. Its result showed that exogenous hormones effected flowering of Siraitia Grovenorii, also effected its contents of fruits ingredient. The experiment 1, that was 25mg/L ABA, starting with the main vine was cut off the top, spraying only one time, which caused contents of reducing sugar slightly higher than CK and contents of glycocides V rise 9.1%; The experiment 4, that is 25mg/L GA3, starting with second vine when it grow to three burls, spraying one time five days at intervals, two times in total, which caused contents of reducing sugar raise 38.2% and contents of glycocides slightly higher than CK; The experiment 5, that was 50mg/LGA3, starting with the main vine was cut off the top, spraying one time five days at intervals, three times in total, which caused both contents of reducing sugar and glycocides V slightly higher than CK; The experiment 9, that was 100mg/L ZR, starting with the main vine, spraying one time five days at intervals, two times in total, which caused contents of reducing sugar slightly higher than CK, and contents of glycocides raise 32.7%. Other experiment treatments all caused both contents of reducing sugar and glycocides V decline.We can learn from above-mentioned and effected on flowering by exogenous hormones, the experiment 2 declined its contents, and the experiment 9 raised its contents, so the experiment 9 was the best choice. But only from raising contents of ingredient, contents of reducing sugar raised the most was the experiment 4, and contents of glycocides V raising the most was the experiment treatment 9. Therefore, the experiment 9 was the best in the whole experiment.5. Through experiment of intersection optimization, showed: spraying date was the most remarkable factor effecting on florescence and fructification of Siraitia Grovenorii. Secondly, was spraying times and spraying concentration; the best experimental condition was A3B2C1, that is experiment 9.In sum, the experiment 9, that was 100mg/L ZR, starting with the main vine was cut off the top, spraying one time five days at intervals, two times in total, was the best experiment, had more significant meaning to production in Siraitia Grovenorii.
