1.In this experiment,32 Paeonia breeds were selected as female parents: 11 Plains of Paeonia suffruticosa Zhongyuan Group breeds,5 Paeonia rockii Rock breeds,1 Paeonia ostii breed,12 Paeonia lactiflora breeds and 3 Ito hybrid breeds.All of them do not have parthenocarpy ability.The average natural maturing rate of Central Plains Paeonia suffruticosa breeds is 4.8 grains per flower,northwest Paeonia suffruticosa breeds is 13.3 grains per flower,Paeonia ostii breed is 25 grains per flower,and Paeonia lactiflora breeds is 2.7 grains per flower.2.The experiment designed a total of 313 crossbreeding combinations,obtaining 970 pollinated flowers and 6341 hybrid seeds.Among them,there were 196 crossbreeding combinations of Paeonia suffruticosa breeds,obtaining 655 pollinated flowers and 5698 hybrid seeds.In Paeonia lactiflora breeds,there were 48 combinations of crossbreeding,obtaining 231 hybrid seeds.There are 16 distant crossing combination of Sect.Moutan DC and Sect.Paeonia,.obtaining 231 hybrid seeds.There are also 27 crossbreeding combinations based on the female parent of Itoh hybrid breeds,obtaining 134 hybrid seeds.Through the statistical analysis of the hybrid combinations,found that in different cross combinations of paeonia lactiflora,female parent's own strong case for hybrid combinations affinity,as the female parent type,cross combinations of seed setting rate as the male parent pattern evolution degree of increase and decrease;In peony group of each type of hybrid combinations,the female parent to cross combinations of ‘Feng Dan white' seed setting rate > with Paeonia rockii Rock breeds as female parent hybridization group setting in Paeonia suffruticosa zhongyuan breeds as female parent of hybrid seed production.3.Using 0 mg/L,20 mg/L,50 mg/L,100 mg/L concentration boric acid solution to deal with the stigma of paeonia hybrid combinations after each of artificial pollination in 2016,compared each of four different concentrations hybrid combination of seed setting rate and grain situation,found that the peony group of hybrid seed setting rate with the increase of the concentration of boric acid increase first and then decreases,boric acid concentration of 20 mg/L when the largest percentage of hybrid combination,and the control group difference significantly,boric acid when the concentration of 50 mg/L hybrid combinations of seed setting rate and control rate of significant difference;Peony group of hybrid seed setting rate increased with the increase of concentration of boric acid also showed a trend of decrease after the first increase,boric acid when the concentration of 20 mg/L of seed setting rate and seed setting rate difference significantly in the control group,boric acid concentration of tree peony and herbaceous peony group of orthogonal test cross combinations of different setting is different,'Fengyu Luo Jinchi' בHai Huang'under the boric acid concentration of 100 mg/L processing has a strong,and ‘Jinxing Shanshuo' × C15 boric acid concentration of 50 mg/L have strong under processing.This study shows that the existing in northeast area of paeonia germplasm resources cross-breeding is feasible,in hybrid selection should be ‘Feng Dan white',Paeonia rockii Rock Group species such as the female parent,hybrid parent should try to select varieties of pattern with low levels of evolution;Boric acid treatment of stigma can obviously improve the affinity of paeonia plant hybridization.
