Yeast culture, lactic acid bacteria culture and compound probiotic cultures were added to weaned piglets' diet to compare their effects on growth performance, apparent nutrient digestibility, blood parameters, immune function and caecum microflora. The aim of this study is to provide the theoretical basis for the development and application of different probiotic cultures microecological agents in weaned piglets.Using single factor randomized trial design completely. In this experiment, thirty healthy weaned piglets with equal weight were picked out from Junmu I and randomly assigned into 5 groups with 6 replicates per group(3?+3?).The control group were fed a basal diet, but for the other 4 treatment group diets were on the basis of basal diet supplemented with a aureomycin of 1.0‰ concentration(antibiotic group),a yeast culture of 1.8‰ concentration(yeast group),a lactobacillus cultures of 1.6‰(lactobacillus group)and a compound of 1.8‰ yeast culture plus 0.8‰ lactobacillus cultures(compound group),respectively. The test period consists of a 7-day pre-test and a 28-day experiment. The results are as follows:1.growth performance was apparently improved in the yeast group and in the lactobacillus group, especially in the yeast group, with an increase in average daily gain and average daily feed intake(P<0.01)and a decrease in the ratio of feed to gain(P<0.01),and both groups were better than the antibiotic group. However, for the compound group, the effect on average daily gain was little(P>0.05),but the feed conversion efficiency was apparently improved(P<0.01).2.Different probiotic cultures and antibiotic could improve the apparent digestibility of nutrients in weaned piglets.Compared with the control group, yeast culture could significantly increase digestibility of dry matter, crude protein and crude fiber(P<0.05);lactobacillus cultures and compound probiotic cultures had a significant effect on the digestibility of dry matter, crude protein and crude fat(P<0.05).3.Compared with the control group, supplemented of different probiotic cultures could could significantly increase the level of alkaline phosphatase and blood glucose(P<0.05),and at the same time, the level of serum urea nitrogen could be reduced to some extent, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).4.Compared with the control group, the levels of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interferon-?(IFN-?)in the other groups supplemented with probiotic cultures were obviously increased,in which the serum IgG content was significantly higher than that of the antibiotics group(P<0.05),the IFN-? content was significantly higher than that of the control group and of the antibiotics group(P<0.05).5.Supplement of different probiotic cultures in daily diet did have effects on cecal microflora of the piglets, enhancing the microbial diversity of cecum,in which the yeast culture apparently increased the Shannon index of cecal microflora(P<0.05).In terms of species composition of the caecal microbial community in weaned piglets, the yeast culture increased the relative abundance of Actinobacteria and Bacteroidetes, while the lactobacillus cultures and compound probiotic cultures increased the relative abundance of Firmicutes. At the genus level, the relative abundance of Collinsella of the yeast group was higher than the other groups, while the lactobacillus cultures significantly increased the relative abundance of Mitsuokella, and the compound probiotic cultures significantly increased the relative abundance of Phascolarctobacterium. In conclusion, supplement of different probiotic cultures not only can enhance the growth performance of weaned piglets in different degrees, increase the utilization ratio of nutrients, improve several blood biochemical indexes, and increase the immune function of weaned piglets, but are conducive to maintaining intestinal health by increasing the diversity of intestinal flora, boosting the relative abundance of probiotics and inhibiting the colonization of harmful bacteria. In overall comparison, yeast culture has the best feeding effect, followd by lactobacillus cultures, and both are better than antibiotic, while compound probiotics has the least effect.
