Aeromonas sobria distributed in natural widely is conditionally pathogenic to humans,fish,and other animals.The A.sobria changes to be pathogenic and transforms strains into when due to the low immunity.In the present study,two different virulent strains of Aeromonas sobria were identified using Animal regression test.whole genome re-sequencing was performed using the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform following the construction of a DNA library.The genetic diversity of 2 strains is identified and annotated using COG and GO database.The CRISPR locus used the Whole genome sequencing to find and detect the resistance mechanism.The inhibitory concentration in vitro of the 2 Aeromonas sobria strains detected use the 5 kinds Aquatic drugs determine the best time inhibitory.This study lays the foundation for further study on the pathogenesis and drug resistance of Aeromonas.The results are as follows:1 The results of animal experiments showed that the half lethal concentration of A1 and B2 was 2.7 * cfu/0.5 mL and1.6 * cfu/0.5 mL respectively.2 A1,B2 protein coding region of the SNP,77% is synonymous mutation,the non synonymous mutation is 23%.3 There were 24293 nucleotides that were non synonymous mutations of the 2 Strains.The number of nonsynonymous mutations in A1 was 2492,and the 2488 in B2.4 The number of mutations of A1 and B2 were 2564 and 2565.5 The position of the B2 mutant gene is located at gene rna1865,which makes the carbohydrate transport and metabolism of [G],A1 at 144,B2 at 155.6 A total of 135 coding genes were found in the coding region of the RNA gene,and a total of 107 SNPs gene loci were found to be mutated,with the occurrence of nonsynonymous mutations in the 1 genes.7 Compared with the reference genome,the base sequence of the reference sequence is 27407 th,and the base mutation of T is A.8 The CRISPR number of the 2 strains of Aeromonas was 1,the total length was 2805bp;Spacer sequence is 42;Suspicious CRISPR is 3,the total length was 384 bp.The prediction of the two level structure of the repeat sequence of CRISPR showed that the head ring was made up of 15 bases.In the comparison of BLAST,it showed that DR had high homology with the DSM 6192,and the other strains,such as the genus,and the other species of the genus,except for the same or homologous species.9 Five kinds of commonly aquatic drugs can produce PAE,the shortest time of 8 x MIC,the longest time of the action of 16 x MIC and 32 x MIC is the longest.low concentrations of enrofloxacin and clothing Le Xing can have longer PAE.
