Aeromonas sobria are ubiquitous, water-borne micro-organisms that have been recognized as opportunistic pathogens of cold-blooded animals and humans.It is capable of causing disease in fish alone or cause the hemorrhagic septicemia in fish by mixed infections with Aeromonas hydrophila,which are responsible for significant financial losses annually in aquatic animal.Rapidly and precisely diagnosing Aeromonas sobria infection and identifying the pathogens are the key to preventing and controning the disease in fish.
