Aeromonas sobria are ubiquitous, water-borne micro-organisms that have been recognized as opportunistic pathogens of cold-blooded animals and humans. It is capable of causing disease in fish alone or cause the hemorrhagic septicemia in fish by mixed infections with Aeromonas hydrophila, which are responsible for significant financial losses annually in aquatic animal.Rapidly and precisely diagnosing Aeromonas sobria infection and identifying the pathogens are the key to preventing and controning the disease in fish. At present, detecting Aeromonas sobria infection depends on bacterial culture identification and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) Detection. This technique of detecting Aeromonas sobria infection need to make complex operation and cost more time and money, in addition, they cannot be applied to detect Aeromonas sobria infection at the field. In the research, five hybridoma cell lines (1A4,2C7, 3G9 3D5 and 2G3 ) secreting monoclonal antibodies(McAbs) against Aeromonas sobria CR79-1-1 strain were established by the fusion technique. Ascites of mice is prepared By hybridomas and their characteristic are...
