We analyzed and discussed the occurrence and reason of oak pests in Jilin Province over the last ten years.Acyocercops brongniardella Fabricius is a new kind pest of oak tree in Jilin Province,We evaluated the relationship between Acyocercops brongniardella Fabricius occurrence and stand factors, and analyzed it based on the information entropy method. The main results were as follows:1.The occurrence of forest pests over the last ten years increased in Jilin province before 2007,but the trendy were opposite after 2008.2.The occurrence of oak pests decreased over the last ten years. The harmed area of oak pests was relatively stable from 2005 to 2011 and decreased from 2012 to 2014.3.The harmed area of wood-boring pests of oak trees increased fome 2005 to 2008,then decreased from 2009.4.Analyzing tree species composition: the Acyocercops brongniardella Fabricius occurrence was positively related with the oak trees percentage of forest stand, then the oak trees were also seriously affected.5.The damage degree of Acyocercops brongniardella Fabricius had negative correlation with canopy closure.Since the Acyocercops brongniardella Fabricius are photophilous insects,so it is grows and develops best under stand factors with better light condition.6.The damage degree of Acyocercops brongniardella Fabricius had negative correlation with stand area.Since large stand area is not good for the Acyocercops brongniardella Fabricius adults mating and nesting. We develop multiple linear regression model based on the relationship between the damage degree of Acyocercops brongniardella Fabricius and tree species, canopy closure, stand area. This modle can provide science basis for the prevention and control of Acyocercops brongniardella Fabricius.
