Effects Of Drip Irrigation Under Mulch On The Main Characters Of Maize Roots And Soil

In this experiment,the effects of different cultivation methods on the main characters of maize roots and soil were studied by different cultivation methods,and the theoretical basis for the cultivation of maize under drip irrigation was provided.In this experiment,Jidan 631 was used as the test material to design three treatments: drip irrigation under the film,drip irrigation treatment and control treatment.The results show:1,Drip irrigation under the membrane can significantly increase the soil water content during the whole growth period;drip irrigation treatment significantly increased the soil water content before the mid-maize growth period.2,Drip irrigation under the membrane in the whole growth period significantly increased soil catalase activity,urease activity,soil microbial biomass;in the mid-maize growth significantly increased soil invertase activity.The activity of soil catalase,the activity of invertase and the activity of urease were significantly increased in the middle and early stages of maize growth.The soil microbial biomass was significantly increased in the middle and late growth stages.3,Drip irrigation under the membrane in the early growth of maize significantly increased the number of aerial roots,increased root dry weight,the whole growth period significantly increased root soluble protein,soluble sugar content,significantly increase the weight of corn sap flow,improve root activity.Drip irrigation treatment significantly increased the number of aerial roots and increased root dry weight at the early stage of maize growth.The root soluble protein and root soluble sugar content were significantly increased in later stage of maize growth.
