In recent years,with the characteristics of high protein,low fat and well balance of nutrition,aquatic products are becoming more and more popular.Although these years China's aquaculture production has reached 70 million tons and aquatic products production accounted for more than 70% of the world which ranked first in the world and there are nearly 20 million square meters of aquaculture area,however,most of the domestic aquaculture is in extensive management,and there are some problems about domestic alive products transport technology,such as the low degree of informative and intelligence control plus single monitoring factor,which are all urged to be solved.It is easy to cause the water pollution and the low quality of aquatic product and some other adverse consequences,therefore,it is necessary to use the new technology to realize the information and intelligence of aquaculture.In this context,the introduction of the Internet of Things technology makes it possible for aquaculture with high efficiency,high yield,environmental protection and labor saving.The Internet of Things has been increasing used in recent years because of its advantages of intelligence,reliability and adaptability to environment.This paper designed a kind of aquaculture intelligent monitoring system based on the research of Internet of things and its related technology.Through the design of hardware and software,the water temperature,pH,dissolved oxygen and some other environmental parameters and video data can be monitored in real time and remotely,in this way it not only realized the integration and automation of the whole aquaculture environmental monitoring system,but also realized the real time remote intelligent monitoring of aquaculture production environment,which is convenient for users to carry out production and environmental control at any time and any place.This paper mainly completed the following work:(1)Through the analysis of system requirements and according to the three layer structure of the Internet of things,perception layer,network layer and application layer,and combined with the actual aquaculture environment,this system designs three scheme layers,which are bottom water quality detection and control,monitoring center,remote terminal management.(2)Hardware and software design of the system.The bottom water quality detection and control layer monitor water environment monitors the implementation of water environment through water temperature,p H,dissolved oxygen and some other sensors and execution equipments,and it realized the wireless communication with the monitoring center layer through the ZigBee protocol.As the core part of the system,the monitoring center uses the CC2530 single chip microcomputer as the core processor and is used to analyze the data which can adjust the execution equipments automatically or manually according to the analysis results.At the same time,the monitoring center is equipped with a liquid crystal display screen to display the water quality parameters in the field of the farm,and the data communication with remote terminal is carried out through the GPRS wireless transmission network.(3)The system has designed remote terminal management software by LabVIEW software,this terminal includes the design of user management interface,water environment monitoring interface,data management interface,video monitoring interface and so on which can make the user have a better operating experience of the equipment.It can not only display the environmental parameters and video monitoring data in real-time,but also establish the aquaculture database,which can be used to inquire the historical data.(4)In addition,the system design a real-time security monitoring video monitoring system in aquaculture environment,which deployed the video surveillance systems through the human body infrared sensor.When a place is invaded,the CC3200 WiFi module and the camera monitoring device are used to collect the real-time video information of the breeding environment in real time,and the sound and light alarm is generated,so that the relevant personnel can make preventive measures.(5)The control of dissolved oxygen in water is especially important in the process of aquaculture.Because the external environment of system the easy to change,has a significant quality of hysteresis,traditional control methods such as threshold control,PID control are difficult to adapt to the external environment parameters change,which is easy to cause the waste of energy,or unnecessary losses because the regulation is not timely caused.Therefore,the system optimizes the control of dissolved oxygen,by using fuzzy control method it designed a fuzzy controller with integral,which not only achieved the effective,energy saving,real-time and accurate control of dissolved oxygen,but also ensured the farmers property safety in further.Finally,Through the hardware testing,software testing,and the whole test in small fish farming area,the system has been proved to be stable,reliable,easy to operate,and with strong expansibility,high degree of information and intelligence,which not only improved the drawbacks of traditional aquaculture work,but also has good practical value and can be further extended to a variety of aquaculture environment.
