Over the years,Chinese aquatic industry has severely constrained its healthy development due to its long production cycle,low efficiency and high labor intensity.However,with the growing number of Chinese consumers and the increasing demand for aquatic products,traditional farming methods are increasingly unable to meet the needs of the public.According to the survey results,the quality of aquatic products cultured using Internet of Things technology is much better than that of aquatic products cultured extensively,while effectively saving costs and increasing worker's production and income.For farming of crab,its range is not only wide,but also the market share of crab products is rapidly increasing,farmers have been all over the places,which has initially had a certain industrial form.However,in the process of breeding and growth of crabs,there are some problems still to be dealt with.Most farmers generally prefer traditional methods to culture crabs,The monitoring of water quality environment generally adopts manual sampling and chemical analysis methods,and the operation is time-consuming.The accuracy is low,the real-time performance is not good,and the instrumentation is difficult to maintain,so that the final economic benefits are not satisfactory.In order to promote the development of intelligent fisheries in China,this paper developed a monitoring system for crab breeding based on the three-layer architecture of the Internet of Things.This article mainly completes the following work:(1)Through the sensor technology about Internet of Things,it can monitor the dissolved oxygen,pH value,water temperature and other parameters.Using the intelligent data acquisition module,the system automatically analyzes the environmental data and then give the warnings,so that it can realize remote control and timely grasp the accurate and reliable culture environment data;(2)Due to the large area of the breeding base,the structure of the off-site personnel is complicated,and it is difficult to achieve safety and prevention work relying on the only production personnel.Design a complete digital video system for security management,deploying cameras and alarm devices at different locations in the field;(3)Meteorological conditions have an important impact on the feeding,growth,development and behavior of crabs.The system can monitor meteorological dynamic information such as temperature,humidity,wind direction,wind speed,air pressure,rainfall and illumination in real time,and provide more targeted and refined meteorological services for scientific breeding,disaster prevention and avoidance;(4)Using the AP base station to receive data information gathered by the wireless control terminal(such as a water quality sensor)through the WiFi network,the user can remotely query the breeding information through the information terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer,and can analyze and process the data through the monitoring computer.Make control decisions and control the operation status of various fishery machinery and equipment,such as the feeding machine and the aerator;(5)In order to ensure the accuracy of the sensor data,a proprietary communication protocol is designed,and a plurality of methods are used to reduce the noise of the single sensor.In the process of aquaculture,the rational release of feed and the proper control of dissolved oxygen in water are critical to aquaculture crops.Therefore,the system optimizes the control mode of the aerator and the feeder,and adopts the PLC as the control core;(6)After the whole system is built,it is necessary to test the communication stability,data accuracy,website and mobile client of the system.Through the corresponding comparison test,and obtain the stability and accuracy indicators of the system;The system is applied to the ChongMing Crab Breeding Base of Shanghai Ocean University.After testing,the indicators have met the requirements.The system has been stable and reliable,which can meet the needs of aquaculture.So it can be promoted and applied as a demonstration.
