In the context of rapid energy consumption and deteriorating ecological environment,the development and application of biogas and microbial inoculants conform to the strategic requirements of national sustainable development.Combining the application of complex flora with the production of biogas in low temperature area can not only meet the requirement of reusing resources,but also solve the problem of biogas production in low temperature area to a certain extent.This experiment is based on Microbiology,construction of low temperature flora,to start the biogas reaction under low temperature conditions the temperature of the bacteria release during the composting process,It is of great significance for resource transformation,recycling and increasing production and income.Experiments were conducted on the screening of target strains from organic humus,after preliminary screening and depth screening,three strains were obtained and this three strains could grow at low temperature,had good cellulose degradation ability and raised the heating capacity of fermentation.After identification of morphological,physiological,biochemical and molecular biological levels,three strains of Pseudomonas(Pseudomonas)were identified.The result of strain combination experiment showed that The best effect of heating up is V group(A1A2A4C1).Experimental results of raw materials combination show that between 5~45,with the decrease of C/N,the fermentation temperature and the maintenance time of medium and high temperature decrease continuously,The C/N with a faster start-up rate was between 15~20.When the water content is about 60%,the growth of the flora is the most favorable,the fermentation temperature is the highest,and the time to reach the highest temperature is the shortest.The addition of different raw materials has a great influence on the temperature rise of fermentation.exclusive use Straw fermentation is difficult to start,straw mixed with some bran and soybean meal mixed fermentation can be carried out,The C/N of straw was high(43.80),while the C/N of soybean meal was low(5.89),Wheat bran was used as basal substrate for fermentation,soybean meal added can improve the temperature of fermentation,soybean meal is available nitrogen source.A small amount of available nitrogen sources,such as peptone and urea,can speed up the start-up and shorten the start-up time.In addition,small amounts of available carbon sources,such as glucose,also contribute to the initiation and temperature enhancement of the fermentation.The result of fermentation experiment showed that the addition of complex bacteria had obvious effect on the temperature of the fermentation material.It can speed up the reaction and raise the temperature of fermentation.The addition of complex bacteria accelerated the changes of pH,water content,cellulose and protein content in the fermented raw materials,It can speed up the degradation of raw materials and enhance the degree of degradation of raw materials and improve the utilization rate of raw materials.Low temperature biogas production experiments show that the fermentation temperature of the complex bacteria can be used to maintain the biogas reaction.But relative to 28 ? constant temperature biogas production,the gas production in experimental group decreased,It shows that the change of fermentation temperature has a certain influence on the gas production reaction.It was preliminarily proved that the fermentation temperature of Complex flora could be used to initiate biogas reaction at low temperature.
