China is one of the countries with rich marine fishery resources in the world, and its sea area is very large.Marine fishery resources can provide a large number of marine food rich in protein nutrient value, providing important ecological services for human beings. However, with the overdevelopment of fishery resources, these services have been weakened and are further weakened. The development pattern of excessive fishing and excessive fishing, reduces the elasticity of the fishery ecosystem and threatens the sustainable use and development of fishery resources. The fishery ecosystem is a complex adaptive system composed of the individual behavior of many species(mainly fish),which interact with each other to produce collective effects, combining the size of individual behavior with the dynamics of the whole system. In such a system, small changes can be amplified by non-linear interactions to facilitate system state transformation and collapse. In particular, when a fishery ecosystem is overfished to a certain extent,so that the fishery's biological security is less than the threshold of the fishery ecosystem, the fishery ecosystem will be irreversibly degraded. Therefore,it is necessary to study the theory of ecological elasticity to prevent the degradation of fishery ecosystems on which our human beings depend on to ensure that they provide high quality ecological services for mankind. In order to sustain ecosystem services for a long time, the ecosystem must be robust and resilient, and the resilient system has the ability to maintain healthy functioning even when disturbed. To this end, this paper attempts to solve three problems: one is trying to understand the ecological flexibility of fisheries and what factors? And how to enhance the elasticity of an ecosystem and reduce the negative elasticity of an ecosystem;Second,by using the recovery time to measure the ecological System elasticity, trying to find a fishing ecosystem from destruction to recovery time required for the calculation method, and ultimately solve a fishery ecosystem after the recovery of resources after fishing time to solve the problem of fishing moratorium.Based on the theory of ecological elasticity, this paper takes the management of fishery resources as an example, analyzes the concept, connotation and characteristics ofecological elasticity and the influencing factors, and discusses the ecological elasticity and ecological threshold,Sex and trophic level effects. The relationship between ecological elasticity and robustness,self-organization and steady-state conversion is discussed. The main factors influencing ecological elasticity are ecological threshold, biodiversity, intensity of external disturbance and nutrition Cascade effect. Finally, the literatures of Chinese Pseudosciaena crocea were studied, and the ecological elasticity theory was applied to the resource management of Pseudosciaena crocea.
