Investigation And Analysis On The Incidence Of Ketosis In Large Scale Cattle Farm In Shandong Province

Ketosis can cause the decline in cow production performance,reproductive performance and immune function,reduce milk production in dairy cows,reduce quality of milk,delay oestrus,decrease in pregnancy rate,increase of non-pregnancy time,increase in the number of artificial insemination,prolongation of pregnancy,true stomach become,retained fetal membranes,hysteritis,mastitis Etc.Threaten the health of cows,cow elimination rate is higher,shorten of service life.Ketone disease causes great economic loss to animal husbandry.Research purpose: Field investigation on the status of ketosis in Shandong province,combined with DHI(Dairy Herd Improvement)test data,analyze the factors of ketone disease.Find the key influencing factors and determine the primary relationship,determine prevention programme.Cattle farm is focused,accurate and anti-epidemic.This can make the purpose of work clear,improve work efficiency,reduce morbidity and increase economic benefit.Research methods: Use the GLM(general linear model)of SAS9.0 software,the least squares analysis,variance analysis and multiple comparisons were performed.The influence of different factors on the incidence rate was analyzed by using the model,and the principal component analysis was used to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of ketosis and determine the main relationship of different influencing factors.Research conclusion: The cognitive degree of the rancher's harm to ketone disease will restrict the attention to ketosis,and increase the cognitive degree of the ranchers may change the condition of the disease.The low cost of ketone disease prevention in cattle ranchers is an important reason for the lack of ketone disease prevention,and increase the cost of ketone disease prevention is needed.Particularly significant influence(P<0.01)factors of ketosis in Shandong province: climate,level of ketone disease prevention,TMR,month,season,month of lactation,week of lactation,child time,calving month,calving season.Significant influence(P <0.05)factors of ketosis in Shandong province.A comprehensive evaluation model for ketosis was established to determine the main relationship of influencing factors.
